I received 0.00000001 BTC into a blockchain.info wallet that I have. I have no idea why and see that the sender has sent the same amount out to 1000s of addresses. While receiving btc is generally good, I cant figure this out

Update . received another Satoshi from 1Enjoy1C4bYBr3tN4sMKxvvJDqG8NkdR4Z Again this address is sending out 1 Satoshi to thousands of addresses
