All five of your points already take place on a massive, very efficient, global scale without blockchain technology. Why exactly do you need blockchain technology or an ICO?

Just yet another example of a coin looking for a problem that doesn't exist to make some quick cash from an ICO.

I do agree that all the 5 points mentioned in my previous post already take place on a very massive & global scale, but I will don't agree that its very effective. Medical aid to 3rd world countries is one of biggest on going scams on our planet. Mediex's platform will help this sector get more transparent.
Mediex's platform will also help to reduce the bureaucratic hurdles which the Medical Instrument R&D community needs.
