We all know about high volatility of the coins price. Have you ever experienced a situation when the coin you bought showed totally unpredictable behavior? For example, you didn't think it would rise, but it did - and much! Or vice versa?

Ripple is the currency that I find hard to guess in the coins I bought them. The Ripple Community feels scoffed at when the spread of rumors listed on Coinbase becomes one of the easiest ways to pump money. for ripple.

The most unpredictable coins I ever bought were copper Verge coin (XVG). Verge coin (XVG) is one of the safest and most developed cryptocurrency. At present, there is good technology behind it. Example: Polynum makes it one of the most promising coins with a brighter future. Virtual Verge money is backed by a highly specialized community that is a good sign for the evolution in the cryptocurrency world. In the past its price was very high. I bought it, I think it will increase the price, but not from the time I bought to the present time. It has lost half. I am so sad |

Must be Populous I bought some at a price of $2 when it started its pump, it rises up to $25, I didn't sold mine because it actually goes more than that but it suddenly drop without me noticing it. It drop to $12, It though its the bottom already but it sunk more to $5. Such a disgrace, if I knew this would happen, I probably have sold it all and never bother to buy back.

Even bitcoin will fit into this category if you bought it one or more years back because no one ever thought that bitcoin will reach this much height at 2017 and also the litecoin which I bought very cheap price but layer it went more than $400 but now again it comes lower. |

unpredictability is the main essence of the altcoin market because of all the manipulation aka pump and dumps that is going on over there. so just take your pick! all of them are unpredictable at some point or another.
this is trading discussion not "gamble with your money board" so speaking of trading you should not touch anything that you find unpredictable. the more unpredictable it is the farther you should stand from it.
but it doesn't stay like that forever. for example you may not be able to predict the pump and when it starts but after it is started you can predict the direction and join in to make profit in a short time. then again the dumping part becomes unpredictable but you should get out before that time with your profit in hand.

Yes, almost all coins I've bought had unpredictable moves but this is also because of bitcoin, they all depend on bitcoin and it is clear that bitcoin is subject of lots of manipulation and it is very unpredictable.

Definitelly HYDRO, you don’t even need to think much about the answer XD Hydro goes today in my portfolio from $400 to $900 and back to $670 It drives me crazy, this is in one single day, lol. I love it!

Yeah I have experienced this in both cases. There were two tokens MTC and BAX which I was thinking that their price will not rise especially BAX but it's price increased 200%. In case of MTC it's price increased from 0.15 to 0.54$ within one month. Worst experience was with HBZ it's ICO price was .15$ and company was of view that it's will go to the moon and it touched 0.034 max and now it's reduced to 0.007$. |

On numerous occasions I had experienced this kind of situation, where I had bought a coin in expectations of rising and suddenly it nose dives. And also, sometimes after holding a coin for longer than anticipated period a sudden jump in the price going beyond the expected price and comes back to where it rose from. |

This really happened. Lots of times I experienced it to the point that I forgot some of them. Back when airdrop coins are blooming and most are not shit compare today, I always do participate on it. The interesting part is, in just a matter of few weeks, listing will happened to that coins and even you will trade it on decentralized exchange (e.g Etherdelta), you will noticed that it has a good volume. Just a tip, if people are fan or airdrops and if ever that coins experienced a crazy pump don't hesitate to sell for it because in most of the cases, it will not happened again and the worst case scenario, the volume will now be dead. |

Ecash was basically a dead coin as the dev left it. When it happened I managed to get out of that investment in time with break even, but I continued to look after it.
The price was around $ 0.05. There was nothing happening for months as there was no ongoing development, no TEAM. I was happy that I left it in time without a loss.
Once in January this Year I noticed that the price of the token went up from $0.05 to over $1.2 in one day and I was shocked. Cannot imagine how could it happen from nowhere .
It happened that somebody listed ECASH on Yobit exchange and because it`s name and hype around it boomed for several days, later on went back to initial price.

Yeah have i bought altcoin have a cheapest value in the market but I can't expect giving to me profits but until now i have two coin i bought in the higher price sad to say until now is in the continue dropping in the market but it's okay because is part of the risk investing in crypto need to accept of everybody as volatile currency. |

Most of all BTC is the most volatile coin in the market so far. ETH might qualify too because it recently give us profit for the meantime and it rapidly goes back as it is. As of for some coins like ripple it definitely was great but after it dumps it shows no sign of improvement this days. We expect bitcoin to have an extra unexpected price up until December so keep your eyes out. |

I also experience buying this coin, and it pumps easily but after weeks it started to dumps so hard and after this I exit on this coin and never bought again. I know we experience this thing and we should learn from this kind of coins so we can know what to do during the pump and dump of a coin. |

Ripple for one is a good example. It was really cheap before was happy to be able to get in before it exploded and even challenge bitcoin and ethereal one time as the most dominant currency. However, when people started to unmasked it and exposed how the people behind are just making money and the continuous bickering amongst themselves from behind. It suddenly lost its magic and investors suddenly dumps it and the price continue to plummet and no longer enjoy some traction today. |

There are a lot of coins that are hard to guess, I have predicted prices will increase but the reality still stomped in place. and so far the price has dropped. I can not say this coin.

Definitely agree on this one! Hydro is very volatile. But I believe the Hydro project will have a great future and I will hodl it for a while. I also made as much money as I lost on Verge XVG. I really hate this coin, but I just don’t have the guts to sell them. Too afraid that the coin will moon (again) and I’ll miss some profits. |

If you can accurately predict the price of coins, then you have become a genius and do not sit here discussing this issue. I think Bitcoin is the most unpredictable and can not predict what will happen because if Bitcoin increases then all will increase and when prices drop then the whole market will fall. This market is very interesting because it is constantly changing and whales will create more games to take money from investors, so do not mourn and should find ways to fight whales in this market. |

I bought few LTC in last dip because it is top crypto currency so I thought it will gradually raise in future. But now I realise this will move forward and it will not compensate in Bitcoin so Bitcoin is right choice in top crypto and some low market cap altcoins also good for the future journey. |

Yes last year when I bought Ripple, I just read its roadmap and think it was a great coin so I bought a couple of Ripple coins and to my surprise it pumped even before I was done reading what this coin has to offer. It was one of my best experience in trading because it felt so rewarding doing my own thing and not relying on what others have to say.

SGR is one of my unpredictable tokens. It went from $ 0.06 to $1.2 and back. This was not an expected rise as there were no news, developments or other announcements. It`s just happened.

The most unpredictable coin is coins that just listed on the exchange because these coin does not have historycal price, there are no support and resistance area , we only possible to predict the price based on fundamental analysis. And all coins that tradeable more than 1 years is more easy to analysis the price from the history its price by use technical analysis .
