I hope you don't get mixed up with scam and site problem.
Lately the site did run into problem with unable to handle many users and caused connection problem.
I have upgraded server and make some improvement on the scripts.
Hopefully the performance will be better now. Will keep on monitoring the site.

It is not a script problem.
We use iphub to identify VPN/Proxy.
Sometimes iphub may provide inaccurate information thus normal IP might be flag as VPN/Proxy.
Can you provide your IP Address and I will whitelist your IP.
