This is the Pre Ann for Panacea.
Panacea = Solution to all problems.

Yes, in one way it is "just another clone" But, what matters is the purpose for the coin.
We will use this coin for what it's name says. Solution to all problems.
We will be the #1 altcoin for donations and helping less fortunate.
EDIT: Initial start of coding is looking good. Soon I'll be able to put a ETA on this project.
Some specs:
Algo: SHA-3 Keccak.
Block rate: 60 Seconds.
Initial Block Reward: 250 Panacea.
Block Halving: Every 41,000 Blocks.
Total supply: 10,500,000 Panacea.
Pools will be live when the coin is launched, in contact with exchanges at the moment.
There will be a 2% premine with full transparency including wallet adresses where the coins are and where they will go.
Initially the 2% will be used for you, the community, to help out with some development.
More about that to come!
We will make this CPU-Only, with some new stuff that hopefully keeps the botnets away.
Spread the word, Panacea will not take over the world, but it will help make it a better place.
