Hello All,

This is a scam exchange with fake volumes and horrible support. Here are some of the many issues I've had with them:

Fake Volume:

I placed a sell order and there were trades happening above my sell price magically. I also tried a buy order and again trades below my bid were going through strangely. I have screenshots to prove this filthy practice.

Traded coins disappeared:

Here are the trades I've done and you can see the trade was executed. My CEEK coin disappeared and I never received the ETH I was supposed to.

Frozen Funds and no open orders:

Horrible support:

They keep asking for screenshots every reply and keep telling me they will escalate it. It's been months. Everytime I ask for a status update, they ask for a new screenshot! LOL

Still no luck with RightBTC support

I confirm that rightbtc is a scam site. If you want to withdraw more you deposit the will freeze your account or do not withdraw.

They lock my account with over 10 BTC. In the telegram chat you cant write some, the delete every message. An the support only answer with the same message:

Dear customer,

Thank you for your reply. Due to system detected that your account existed abnormal transactions which triggered risk control. Tech team need to check your transaction history and records. For your account safety we need to ban your account. Once tech team help you roll back the data then we will open your login function.

The account is locked since 2 weeks.

Does anyone know if is illegal if they host there site on US territory (Server located in or near San Francisco)? I can't imagine that the have a licence for that exchange for the USA. The also says that people from us not allowed to use that site.

@RightBTC :  do you mind at least posting an answer here about this behaviour being normal for your quality standards or , if not as I want to believe, could you please make support aware something wrong is going on by their side?

1. Normally, the withdrawal will be processed within 24 hours, KYC will be handled in 1-2 days. The deposit can be confirmed after 6 confirmations for BTC.
2. If your withdrawal time exceeds 24 hours, please feel free to create a ticket through our website. We will process it as soon as possible. But please do not create duplicate tickets for a single issue, it will only slow down the process.
3. Please be patient while we process your request. If your request has been unattended for more than 24 hours, please create a ticket and PM us your ticket number. We will send your ticket number to our tech team directly.
4. Our tech team is working hard to process your requests. We really appreciate your understanding.

And most importantly,
5. if your withdrawal has been rejected, and you get responses saying that trigger risk control. It means that there are unusual and suspicious activities or transactions in your account. You've made a huge profit by making use of the defects/bugs of our systems. We need some time to evaluate how much loss it has resulted in. And thus, we might need more time to review your account, and may reject your withdrawal. In rare cases, your account may even be banned.
