Just relax, the market is just starting to recover from the last fall this 2018 as of the moment the price of Bitcoin is around 8000$ and it is getting its momentum. Falling of market is just a normal happening here in crypto world. Yes you are right, the best thing to do when the price ia low is to hold it until the price rises back.
