On my opinion... I don't want to trade on the exchange who needs KYC for simple coins trading. For USD or EUR trading is necessary KYC, but not for Cryptocurrencies

You can check this exchange yourself, make a minimum Deposit, trade a couple of days and make a withdrawal. No one forces you to test the exchange using large amounts of money, because you can start small.
