Dear scamer.
I carried out mining on the wallets of your exchange from different pools, for a month it is hundreds of transactions. Some pools do not store transaction statistics for a long time. What forms can I fill you? 500-600 pieces?
Subsequently, these coins were exchanged for BTC during the period of rising prices. You stole from me about 0.1 BTC (BTC+XVG+BDX+GEEM+SPES+HyperSpace). Your fire and subsequent statements are just clowning.
Suppress my coins fucking bastards!

Amazing that they haven't exit scammed yet, but they are still happy scamming new customers. I can't believe nobody has bothered reporting them to the authorities yet. Here's some of their most recent Twitter action:

https://twitter.com/bitebtccom/status/1090616159941074944

- BiteBTC is trying to attack new user who are not aware of their recent Fiasco or Scam where they lost everyone’s Crypto. It’s just fascinating how the company can stay in business and attract clients after loosing millions of dollars of their clients!!! Stay away from them.

- The moment I place a withdrawal order, my account was blocked. I have not been able to access it and not replies from the messages I sent to them

- where are my funds???

- After requesting a withdrawal request from eth, my account has been blocked access to my funds and support without a brief explanation, I need help this is the second time I reopen my account post incident on 01/01/2019.

- HEY BITBTC WHERE IS MY STOLEN CRYPTOS Huh MY BALANCE IS ZERO AND MY TROUBLE TICKETS DONT HAVE ANY ANSWER FROM YOU. I HAD THOUSAND OF COINS IN MY BALANCE YOU ARE A SCAM AND I WANT MY BALANCE BACK!!! YOUR AIRDROPS ARE A SCAM. SCAMMERS!!!!!! PEOPLE DONT SEND BTC TO THIS SCAM XCHANGE

I've edited this post because the information was stolen and used fraudulently

See here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4612714.msg50406414#msg50406414

Here's the assholes that stole our money, including myself
I'll be doing more research to what else I can find on them, pursuing legal action etc. Most of the information I found of them I've screenshoted before it disappears

If these two want to resolve the situation you can start by returning all the money that you've stolen from your customers

There's a chance these are the wrong people, but I'm almost sure that I'm correct. Both of them have an interest in finance, they used to run this blog together https://investmentstab.blogspot.com/ Viewing post activity on LinkedIn shows them liking topics related to Blockchain
It seems that they met each other while interning at the Bank of America in Singapore, looking at their work history on LinkedIn the periods of time match up.

This may be a way to avoid legal responsibility.

They won't take any responsibility if there's a problem.

Returned only under threat of criminal prosecution or by court order. But they had time to delete files and clear the history, it’s not easy to prove that we have coins in the past. Balance at BiteBTC can be considered lost forever.

Set an 100k fundraising campaing, put a bounty on deep web for their fingers or eyes. I'm sure that a lot of ppl will be interested.
Then, they'll refund 100%.

BiteBTC Contact

17:05 (2 hours ago)

to me
Dear Trader,

On January 1, 2019, a fire occurred in the data center where the exchange servers are located, as a result of which part of the data on the main and backup servers was destroyed:
https://bitebtc.com/news/20

If your account is not found, we ask you to re-register with the same e-mail address, and also upload KYC documents for the verification.

Unfortunately, we're unable to restore your trading history and balances if you didn't fill the Coin Redistribution form earlier.
We've informed all traders during January in our News and in our Twitter account:
https://bitebtc.com/news/
https://twitter.com/bitebtccom

You can open a new trader account, pass the KYC verification with the same photo id and start trading with no initial balance.

Thank you for understanding.

With kind regards,
BiteBTC Support Team

They might be?

Still haven't done any trading or withdrawing, did receive an ad and got verified very fast.

What i do know is that their Twitter and probably other pages are being shadowed by scammers, answering Tweets etc, with fake mailaddresses like BiteBTC@gmail  , they also have BiteBTC-Avatars and names (might even be that there is a fake website etc, haven't looked any deeper)
i nearly fell for this one, that's to say i replied to this mail, but when they started asking 0.01 BTC to get your account verified i knew something was up.

So carefull for these, they got nothing to do with BiteBTC but are fast in answering, almost professionel.
(I read that some people have been lured in sending 0.01 BTC, promissing to get those back.)

For the moment they are trolling BiteBTC-posts on Twitters about airdrop, liking peoples posts, answering, the owner of the real BiteBTC-Twitter has a fulltime job blocking those posts.

One of their Singapore or Malaysia customers should really go there and check it out. I'm actually only a few hours away. I've been there once before, it was a really nice place, very clean. If I ever go back I will check out that address and see what's there.

Edit: oh, its just a residence:
