I've encountered this video of CoinTelegraph in YouTube about the Bitcoin's Way to $1,000,000. For me this is still fantastical, but if you think about it, what the video suggests is a probability that we can't ignore. It might not happen that way but it will happen eventually. The current supply of BTC is just 21M USD while the world economy is $50,000,000,000,000/year. I thnk this is possible. What do you think guys?

I also strongly believe that it will be possible for future prices and with an increasing supply of bitcoin thinner will make much bitcoin in need and price increases will occur.

I don't like anymore This types of video/News. This types of video make fake hype. Many newbies, general people come in the crypto field by seeing this types of news. Bitcoin Price is now 6.5K USD and we are discussing here about 1000K USD! We should focus on real things. Dream and hope are good, but not every time. I believe bitcoin will hit 40K-50K USD anytime, I don't think bitcoin can hit 100K USD. I hope this bad time of the cryptocurrency will end in this year.

I mean. Constant almost yearly price rises? If we were ever going to $1m, I don't think it would take only a decade. It could take multiple lifetimes in my opinion. It's definitely a very pessimistic approach just as it says on the video description: 'Pessimist's Guide to 2028'.

Is it possible? For sure. But it definitely won't be smooth sailing like implied in the video. There will be crashes. There will be bans. There will be hacks. These problems are inevitable. It's just a matter of 'when'.

A lot was said about bitcoins since beginne of this year on anticipated price but what did you see. Bitcoin price is not predictable and no expert or analyst can make even a slightest guess of where the price will be going.

This is not possible, you have not taken into account that Bitcoin is not the only currency, and in the future there will be new ones, so with a dominance of 40% in the market cryptocurrency -  is not real.
I'm sure that this is fantastic and someone's very big desire, but you need to reason with reason.

That reminds me of John Mcafee's predictions and his promise. but I must say that I think this forecast is impossible, see last year had many predictions that the price this year would be $ 40,000, many analysts advocated this prediction. But see what price we have today? the price we have today is $ 6000. We're not even close to $ 10,000. In other words, the analysts have failed in their price forecasts. That is why we can not believe these predictions.

I watched the video so this is it's prediction.

2018 bitcoin hits $40,000

2021 bitcoin hits $100,000

2023 bitcoin hits $200,000

2026 bitcoin hits $500,000

2028 hits $1,000,000

This prediction/forecast came from a journalist of bloomberg, you have to watch it with the situations he's predicting on how it will happen with those years.  

I enjoyed watching it but I'm not convinced.

That's a fucking joke! CoinTelegraph is probably living in a fairy land right now. You know how the markets work right? With such a downtrend, the rates aren't gonna reach sky high to such ridiculous extent.

yeah, specially something out of "CoinTelegraph". there isn't much analysis to it, just hyping things up. and in most cases they have some money at stake that they make these types of articles, either bought something or sold and want lower prices. in some cases (like altcoins) they even get paid to advertise.

Because people are as much of an idiot as McAfee himself is. If you buy into the rubbish he is granting shine through his Twitter account, you're a straight sheeple without any self respect and thinking capabilities. If McAfee can make you buy into whatever rubbish, then pretty much anyone with a large following can do. Greed has taken over nearly everything crypto stands, which is pretty destructing in my opinion.

Also, I thought that he was a billionaire, but it seems that he isn't. He's a fairly common multi millionaire with a net worth well below $10 million according to various sources. This pretty much explains why he's accepting payments for Twitter promotion. I was wondering why a billionaire would ever do that, but it's clear now. He's not a billionaire.

If you watch the video correctly, it assumes what it could happen to the Bitcoin price in case of catastrophic scenario economically. Assuming a trojan gets into a banking computer system and steals people's money. As well talking about some countries start using Bitcoin and some retailers also as Amazon for example. The whole video is a video based on a possible drama and conspiracy, it even speaks of the new world order.

I don't think this kind of speculation for bitcoin's price is possible. In every too much speculation more than the possibility is always not possible and as what you had been said such thing is fanatical so no need to be stick on that matter. As I say in my previous answer Bitcoin price is changing due to a lot of variables and Bitcoin has many competition now unlike before that this coin is the only coin circulation around no many companies offers a good choice and irresistible one so the attraction is divided to this projects as well as the investment money... 1mln for bitcoin first time appear at the end of first  price hype.when price jumped to over 1000$ .As for now btc price is 6500$ if one year ago somebody will tell you that btc price will be 6500$ than it was hard to believe but 1 mln dollar is pure hype
Tell me what will be what last coin will be mined.Maybe price will be 1 mln or 1 $ but whatever price will be not possible to move coins because  blockchain is not working without mining

We don't know what really happen to the price of the bitcoin after few years. That price is very high and you need more supply of bitcoin like hundreds millions bitcoin supply again to reach 1 million dollars value for the each bitcoin. I found it fantastical of them to predict like that, and most of it are impossible to happen within a short period of time. Are they a prophet or something? Bitcoin will hit's $1M soon but not in 2028 and what kind of virus is wormhole? I don't think traditional banking will be dead just like that those people really don't know the purpose of banking system.

Too much hype for BTC, yes this is a good coin but I think bitcoin will not hit $1million  even in the next 10years. It this video really meant to pump the market I think is quiet not good because for sure people learn from the previous hype and will never believe on this again.
