I think that depending on your personal circumstances, you may have several options with that budget:
- Buy ETH or NEO.
- Go to 1 or 2 ICO and put the rest in Bitcoin.
I would personally go for the first option, that seems more risky and interesting.

I think if you keep waiting, you'll miss a lot of good chances to earn in this market  . There are so many other good cryptocurrencies to invest in so why you only interested in Ziliqa? How about XLM? How about XRP? Don't just invest in only 1 cryptocurrency is the most important thing we should remember so why you're going to do what we shouldn't do? Sometime risk is needed but in this case I don't think so. I even don't know what is Ziliqa... A brand new altcoin? And he wants to invest all of his money on it? What a bad decision |

If I have 3000$ I would to invest in the ETH and XRP. I believe its price will be rising soon and I hope it will be cross the price of the BTC in future. |

It is a difficult decision, but i would invest it all on strong coins that are already stablished on the entire market, like cardano, eos, or probably a few stellar lummens, it all depends to be honest.
And not to forget about Bitcoin, that is the key

Ya 1-200 on zilliqa and 1000 on policypal both are promising project most probably will be able to perform in the future due to what they can offer. |

3000$ it's quite good for start but i don't recomend you buy only 1 token. Choose at about 5-7 tokens. Now i shoud you look at cardano, tron and etherium.

Sorry, if I were you I would rather invest in Bitcoin. Bitcoin is already very popular in the world of crypto so the price soared. Bitcoin is the most successful coin in the crypto market. For me I would just buy bitcoin and ethereum with it, I don't want to risk money with new altcoins unless I've made some careful research from it then I would go for it. Altcoins are by far the highest potential for profit and so does the risks that goes along with it. |

Undoubtedly my choice is bitcoin. I'm pretty sure bitcoin price will reach 15k marks by the end of this year. So almost double plus profits within few months. My theory is very simple, don't underestimate the power of bitcoin. There is a big possibility of price hike. We need to understand that nothing is impossible here.

Zilliqa is more than crashed now, i would not invest on them, they have no real product so far so you are just investing into an speculative coin that might be going up or down
