Token holders decide which bail they want to pay via their preferences. So it's not the "person" arrested paying their bail. It's their friends and family requesting a bail payment on their behalf. Then the payment request is matched with token holders who are willing to make micropayments to help someone get out of jail.

You have to remember the person arrested hasn't been charged, so they are considered innocent. Yet, they are held in jail awaiting trial and in the meantime, they lose their job, can't pay their bills, can't take care of their family, etc. This could be someone arrested for driving with a suspended license because they forgot to notify the driver's license office of their new address.

Many insurance companies. And other companies facilitating bail payments. None are offering our core service which is peer-to-peer bail payments and none are offering our combined services from a single company such as risk scoring, court date notifications, the prediction market, independent kiosk ownership, professional fugitive recovery, and a cryptocurrency token.

Yes Token Holder will be able to automatically set preferences (risk score, type/level of charge, location, amount, and other factors) and the platform will match bail requests with token holder preferences before making the contribution. Or Token Holders can manually manage the contributions themselves from view open bail requests on the platform. The payments are returned once the person attends trial and meets other conditions for their release. The risk is low and spread across many token holders who make micropayment contributions towards the full bail amount.

The core of the idea is to have people helping to contribute to making bail payments for other people. To eliminate bail bondsmen and insurance companies and their high fees, closed agreements, answer to no one approach. Token holders replace them and earn a fee in the process. This isn't for token holders to pay their own bail like Uber drivers don't join Uber to drive themselves. Uber drivers join Uber to drive other people who need a ride. The same as BAIL Token holders have tokens to help other people who need bail and token holders get a fee for helping. Makes sense?
