[UPDATE Sept 30] My card was delivered today so this issue has finally been set right.

I'd like to make the BTC community aware of my experience with the exchange service bitcoinexchange.cc
They promised to deliver the card I ordered within several hours. It has been over 10 days.
The first time I inquired about the delay, they responded that I should get the card within a day.
When that fell through, I asked for a refund but have heard nothing from them since.
