gjp - forgive me if I don't get too excited by your prediction of great things. I'm not wanting to get anyone down here, but look at this quote and then think again if it's worth getting excited right now after 2 projects cancelled and a huge loss of coin on Gox. I will get excited when/if the situation actually changes - predictions, you can keep them.

minerpart - GJP has a history of having information before the rest of us - although I don't always like his style, so far he is yet to be wrong about something. I personally have some of my own info via a different route which completely corroborates GJP's bullish statements. So let me ask - what would excite you? Would tape-out get you excited? We have started with a new vendor for our 28nm project. Ken is on a war path to prove trolls wrong... roll on wednesday. Given our history of half-truths and last minute changes in direction, delays and vapour ware, nothing short of test chips hashing on a publicised address with a message signed by Ken would make me believe. |

Seriously it must be in double figures. Last time we all thought things were actually about to happen Ken came on and said out of the blue that he needed all of December and January. Its now six weeks past the end of that time. So we are now a total of 14 weeks later and still nothing. Nil. Can I have some of the medication you are on because it must be incredible stuff. |

Yeah, or they are trying to pump their own shares on crypto-Trade to sell them to gullible victims before the final nail is put into the coffin of this company. I know for a fact that one big name on here is doing just that. Can't say who but this guy expected to make a nice and quick turn around on the crypto trade episode but that didn't happen and he is now desperate to sell. It wouldn't surprise me if this is all a pump and dump to allow those who bought Ukyo's shares to get out before the big let down. Lets face it, big news is coming but who says we are going to like it?

How much loss will each share experience if he was living the life of a $60,000 salary on it for a year now? |

If the news were pleasant wouldn't you be buying as many shares as possible? Take 1200 BTC / 10mil Thats 0.00012 BTC per share, the ship for getting BTC back sailed long ago. If Wednesday results in no news then the only real recourse we have is to pursue Ken in a court of criminal law. |

Please tell me you're not being serious... Can we stop with trying to pump this stock, it's morally reprehensible to pump this stock up. With 1,100 bitcoin in our coffers we are owed 0.00011 per share max. People paying more are losing unless the 0.001% chance ken announces a full working 28nm chip in two days. Will Ken show the world a working 28nm full custom come Wednesday? |

From all I can tell, the "insiders" simply have picked up the phone and called Ken and Ken told them stuff. That stuff may be true, or it may be false. Until Ken gives us physical proof that what he says is real, I am taking all of this with a grain of salt. The guy says lots of things for people to get excited about. A year later and none of them have materialized. If this is now going to happen I guess we'll find out, but I have a feeling the update will be more words and no proof.
What I find upsetting is that supposedly there is an investigation going on (Which we've seen no proof of) and a desire to wait on Colored Coins (Which aren't ready) to allow us to have access to our shares. Let's be realistic. Even if Ken came on today and said they had new product and it's shipping right now, our shares are worthless because we do not have access to them.
We all come in here and argue about what Ken is or isn't doing, but really outside of the people who bought the NEW shares everyone else has NOTHING. We don't get anything from good news. Good news is good for who? Ken? It's not good for me, I have none of the shares I paid for. I have very vague mentions of when I might have access to them.
So for all the news and tower of awesome Ken might be building, it's completely worthless to everyone here if we don't have access to our shares.
