He's already told us what he's been doing. At our DC working on increasing the hashrate on our Prospector and Gold Rush boards.

Has anyone still not received shares to their C-T account? I submitted a request a week ago, and have still not received anything. I also messaged Ken, who appears to be MIA. For what it is worth, Ken said he would be doing the final transfer of shares 'as soon as he gets set up.' Good luck! The recording of the last hearing. They said they had a sale in progress and the bank transfer had been initiated. The judge said they will have until Wednesday morning to send them. They said ok thanks. - Something along the lines.

Same as me, I submitted the day before the deadline and have yet to receive the shares to my CT account. I also PM'd Ken and have yet to hear back. Clearly he's occupied with other matters right now, I just hope he is finding the time to respond to the previous Q&A and posts it along with this week's update as I'm in no hurry for my shares given the current valuation. |

Ken this needs adressing. It's getting to a point now, within this long drawn out process that I'm starting to disbelieve everything you say. I've been an avid supporter for almost a year now. You are not treating our invest and trust in you and ActM with any outward facing business acumen. Sparky has questioned exactly what I was going to as I've been good at keeping my feelings to myself, however; that is unfortunately changing by day the day with ActM.
Shares which were transferred to the issuer by bitfunder will be automatically transferred to CT after the AMC-TENDER shares have all be verified and transferred.
Why has the website still not been updated? You said it was a top priority more than 10 days ago and still nothing. It is a 4-6 hour job to re-do that site not a 10 day job. Why has the extra hash power not been added to the DC yet? You said once the AC was fixed (which you have since said it has been) it would just be a case of flicking the on switch as everything was set up already, was this just another lie? Do you have any comment on the equipment that is just sat idle depreciating in value by the day? We are working on something else more important. Hello Ken, what about working on my refund for the product i never received ? |

ive got a feeling the other 20TH that was expected to be online now might just be in the same boat as the 737GH of avolon gear he had since last year - silently mining away in an account without proper tracking or dividends. of course, that could be total FUD - but we have nothing to believe otherwise. A basic audit of the DC (# of racks, # of boards per rack, costs, profits) would clear things up but thats clearly not happening |
