... Does anyone know who they are/if they exist/they dealt with Ken (never heard of People's Asic), or is Bargraphic's word cannon?
You love to do research yet you can't even look back when this deal was announced and people posted links to People's ASIC and confirmed they existed? Even if they did "come on here" you would simply say that it was an alt account of someone. What exactly would you be comfortable with that could be used as "proof"? I have no problem asking People's ASIC to make a post on here but I highly doubt they even want to get involved. PS: People's ASIC as far as I know were never Employees of Ken. Simply contractors that guided Ken on how to proceed with making the chips and sourcing parts for the HashFast board. Their shares were not tradable just like the rest of us and I do not believe they ported them to CT. Instead of snarky comebacks, could you simply answer my question? Who/what is People's Asic (company details/registration), and names of the parties involved.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

The owners of People's ASIC have long since moved on based on their LinkedIn profiles. My guess is though that the "project manager" which is likely the kid working at the data center and his friend, are the only two employees Ken has on payroll.

@Bargraphics: Stop being such a huge faggot petulant child. How hard is it to post a Bizpedia link? And what does the link tell me about Ken's involvement with People's Asic? @kleeck: How's that quality information you traded on panning out? Make you rich yet?

Technically they could probably contact the MSB and get back their IP since it was sold strictly for shares. I imagine this was an illegal transaction. I think I'll contact them today about this. You make a really good point, these guys created some IP that wasn't exactly crap, so it had some value, probably a lot more than $1,000 worth of value. Although they were already too far behind in the game to compete with KNC.
I wonder why they are silent? Most likely they made more than the 150,000 shares and Ken is lying to us.
Actually Ken didn't lie about that share payment. It's very unfortunate. How would the shares for IP be an illegal transaction? Also that 150,000 shares was worth about $90,000 at the time, so the IP couldn't have been really worth that much right?

Also that 150,000 shares was worth about $90,000 at the time, so the IP couldn't have been really worth that much right? Because the shares were illegal in the first place? Like I said it would be up to the MSD honestly. It was my opinion, not a fact. The shares were probably worth about that much as the time (Am not going to verify) but the worth was obviously Ken pumping up his company and them believing him that his shares would be worth X amount so they took the risk. I mean the MSD did say Ken "used deceptive tactics".... again this is my opinion. Only they know why they did it and they have no obligation to tell us. They sure didn't tell me as I would have advised them to not take shares.

Bargraphics, in a stroke of comedic genius, introduces a "virtual identity totally owned by the Active Mining Corporation (Belize) that represents both itself and its profits" (AKA Ken) to a "stealth ASIC company" (AKA People's ASIC).
As the newly-forged conglomerate [oddly] fails to prosper, the hijinks intensify as Bargraphics places a call to the MSD.

BG likes to play the big bitcoin consultant. He likes to name drop his contacts and show off that he is a force to be reckoned with. He isn't shy of telling us that he will 'advise' this big player, or that big player. He apparently has a hotline to the MSD at the moment. Boy you wouldn't want to get on his wrong side for fear of him bringing his weight to bare.
The problem with these people, especially when they gob off all this shite as fact and then backtrack with, "..but it's just my opinion.." , is that they tend to have ulterior motives. The only reason this guy is going to all the effort right now on this thread is because he needs to influence people for his own agenda. Truth is it hurts him to have to communicate with us at all because he considers himself way above us. Actually the only thing he's above is his station.
Now he's not as sharp as he thinks either and evidence of this is his false assumption that I had changed the password for ActM Thread to lock out the mods (whom I gave access in the first place, lol) even though the, as yet unnamed, heretic wrote a scathing attack on my character. Even Jasun had to point out the obvious to him.
BG, you serve us better from your silent perch so slip back into the shadows where you perform your best work.
I'm onto you and will ensure the shareholders get to see you for what you are.

He apparently has a hotline to the MSD at the moment.
The number to call is here (573) 751-4704 Missouri Securities Division as per the PDF The only reason this guy is going to all the effort right now on this thread is because he needs to influence people for his own agenda. Truth is it hurts him to have to communicate with us at all because he considers himself way above us. Actually the only thing he's above is his station. Actually most of the people on here have thanked me via PMs or on IRC for giving out what information I could. Unfortunately it does hurt me to have to communicate with irrationality such as yours but I won't let you ruin that for everyone else. To be honest, your bat shit crazy and I wouldn't put it past you to do something such as that. That being said you did PM that you "used a one off email and cannot recover the password" as such since whoever did take the account from you sent the password to funkymonkey, kleeck, and myself I have taken the liberty of changing the password and passing it onto Vince since while we may not see eye to eye, he seems like a good guy and isn't crazy like yourself as far as I can tell. Hopefully he changed the password again as I don't want access to that account regardless of who sends me the password. I'm onto you and will ensure the shareholders get to see you for what you are.
Please tell us all what I really am. Stop being a fool and take your own words about "mud slinging" or what not. Zum, you can continue to try and change the direction of this conversation but your investment like everyone elses is gone. The only hope any of you have of recovering anything is through the MSD or a Lawsuit. You can fight everyone besides Ken tooth and nail but that won't change reality.

Only BG could accept someones innocence yet tell them they are also guilty because he thinks they are capable of being guilty. Priceless.
I can only hope he isn't consultant to the MSD and Woodlaw.
BG knows that there is hope for Ken, he said so earlier. I agree, there is. And as long as that remains the case there is hope for shareholders. BG wants to ensure Ken fails and thats why he's on here campaigning.
The only chance I have of making money from this is if Ken turns this into a success. This is why I will remain on this thread sharing the 'other' view regardless of how unpalatable it is for some.
Oh, and thanks for sharing your google search results. I can see why you've had so many thank you pms from 'most of the shareholders'. We are in your debt.

lol so now others feel the wrath of zumzeros unhinged logic and vicious attacks. I told you all to take away his Mod powers weeks ago, finally someone listened. He's the worst thing that ever happened to this company bar Ken. He now attacks Bargraphics!! Only to redirect the heat from himself. It is Zumzero himself who has directly allowed Ken to spin out this shit-scam for months longer than it should have lasted.
Zum not bargraphics has swallowed and regurgitated Kens every word and pumped this known scammer at every friggin turn. And he's STILL doing it! What a disgusting and shameless attempt to blame someone else for your own twisted behaviour.
Bar, if this zum character still had mod rights you would be getting deleted just like many other shareholders did who he felt he had the divine right to silence. What a dirty scumbag. I'm sorry this has needed to be said but zumzero now trying to turn the tables and appear the good guy is sickening. He is a fascist pure and simple and he will blame EVERYONE apart from himself for his own failings.
That doesn't mean I think bargraphics is a saint as he banned me from his private IRC channel for asking too many questions. But you can't say he's ever hyped Ken or this scam. When shares traded again on CT we didn't see Bargraphics pumping the stock we saw Zumzero pumping it. When Ken didn't reply to questions we didn't see Bargraphics create the sycophantic AskKen account that was Zumzero again. And everytime Ken gave a vague answer Zum backed him up with pleases and thankyous groveling as he did so to this dirty liar we (and the MSD) know Ken to be.
Zum you are now Trolling this thread and posting antagonistic comments and attacks which is EXACTLY what you were deleting people for days ago from your high horse - STFU you hypocritic. You are completely and utterly pathetic and the only reason you continue to promote this con is because of your own loss which you can't accept. You will say or do ANYTHING to get your money back. Just like Ken, lies are your game.
