Ok Ok I've had my fun with you,

http://www.easic.com/vmc-uses-easic-to-achieve-24-756-ths-bitcoin-miner/

A Scam it is not

Guess I might have cheated

Even if this company is late, they are one of the only companies offering refunds. If you ordered a unit and think you will not receive it, get a refund. Otherwise sit tight because chips are incoming.

I'm not part of VMC. I already told you I could care less if they end up being a "scam". By all means they could end up defrauding their customers like HashFast and BFL or simply running away like Terrahash. Doesn't change the fact (Even though you are a complete asshole)

Quote from: #Activemining
<Bargraphics> Find out where crumbs lives and you instantly end his trolling
<Bargraphics> Once you make him responsible for what he says
<Bargraphics> he no longer will say anything
<Bargraphics> same with pankkake

Wow! Threats of violence.  That's bad man.  Angry.  At least one of the two account holders expressed that they felt treatened when they learned this so whether or not you didn't mean to incite violence, the law still takes behaviour like this on a forum very seriously indeed.

That took 5 mins and I haven't even scratchd the surface.  A quick look into your shady history reveals you were a shill in the Terrahash scam.  Wow, whatever next?  I'm just glad this thread is monitored so your new found buddies from the US Gov can asked you about your dodgy goings on when they decide to interview you.  Shocked

You liking that for mud slinging?

Now tell them who you were before you started the Bargraphics account on June 19th 2013 or do I need to do that for you?

Only Crowley's interpretation is worth reading.  But I do take your point, I'm going to back off and let you all bump the MSD contact information to your hearts content.  Smiley

So long as no-one mentions 'zumzero' and has a go, I promise not to post again.

What course of action should an investor from the UK take now? Is there anyone I should contact in regards to making a claim for compensation or should I just dump my shares for a pittance on CT and have done with it?

There were a few people from the UK that have asked this question. I highly recommend to contact the MSD and ask what your options are that way you can make an informed decision.

Unfortunately I don't see CT being available much longer as every day that Ken allows trading on there he is going against the MSD order.

I thought that it meant that he could not issue more shares? Not that they could not be traded?

Can you source the 'can't be traded' part of the official statement made by the MSD, please?

^English is not my maternal language, but from what I read from the order the problem is that the shares were issued and not registered - that was the fine for. Oral contract is also a contract in face of the law. The "virtual shares" holders have a contract with Ken and basically the contract is: virtual shares holders are giving Ken bitcoins in exchange of Ken producing/buying bitcoin mining equipment and whatever is mined except all the expenses is given back to the virtual shares holders. There is nothing illegal in bitcoin mining so this is a legal contract. If any officials are purposely cumbering Ken to fulfill this particular obligations on this contract they could face the law too - that's my understanding.

My dope dealer promised to install a sink for me (verbal contract).  There's nothing illegal bout installing sinks.  If he gets arrested and put in jail, he won't be able to fulfill said verbal contract.  Therefore, no one will put him in jail 'coz that would cumber Ken my dope dealer from fulfilling his contractual obligation.  <==Awesome?

This is my understanding and interpretation of how the MSD would see this.

NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that Respondents, their agents, employees and
servants, and all other persons participating in or about to participate in the above-described
violations with knowledge of this Order are prohibited from violating or materially aiding in any
violation of Section 409.3-301, RSMo. (Cum. Supp. 2012), by offering or selling unregistered,
non-exempt securities; from violating or materially aiding in any violation of Section 409.4-
402(a), RSMo. (Cum. Supp. 2012), by transacting business as an unregistered agent; from
violating or materially aiding in any violation of Section 409.4-402(d), RSMo. (Cum. Supp.
2012), by employing or associating with an unregistered agent; and from violating or materially
aiding in any violation of Section 409.5-501, RSMo. (Cum. Supp. 2012), by, in connection with
the offer or sale of securities
, making an untrue statement of a material fact or omitting to state a
material fact necessary in order to make the statement made, in light of the circumstances under
which it is made, not misleading or engaging in an act, practice, or course of business that
operates or would operate as a fraud or deceit upon another person

Since CT is not a decentralized exchange and Ken has control over if the shares can be sold/traded or not I believe in that regard he is not following his order from the MSD.

This is my interpretation and when I mentioned it to Shawn @ the MSD he found it interesting.

It's usually not good practice to operate in "grey areas" when you've received a cease and desist from the US Gov and are currently residing in the US.

Either way trading is still available so if anyone wants to dump their shares on CT they have that ability.

@equipoise:  Snarkiness and sarcasm from you?  Your "understanding," at least regarding financial and legal matters, has led you to lose 99.8 percent of your "investment."
I would suggest you stop relying on your "understanding."
And start being more polite to your betters.

*But Bargraphics could be snapping up shares in the meantime.  It's an interesting gamble.  If I knew Ken had money...

I see no possibility that Bargraphics (who is known to Ken and presumably the MSD) would lie about speaking to the MSD on here when we know the MSD read this.

Interestingly CT is not mentioned in the MSD paperwork only BF, CS and Btc-tc. So they overlooked it likely because it is still a fairly recent development and didn't involve the IPO. I think they may have thought the shares were still offline?

If so they are sure to act on CT soon. Why wouldn't they?

Or buy more, right?

(for someone to 'dump' someone else needs to buy)

I don't believe you are wrong, it's pretty clear that I believe this company is over and have stated so multiple times.

I believe everyone on here understands that in order to buy something it has to be sold or vice versa.

Any other questions?

Gold Rush is out of stock. Hopefully Ken have some more around.

They sat around for a month not selling then suddenly....poof, they are all gone! Out of stock why? Because he has sold them at retail price? Or because he has sold them at 50% of retail as he is desperate for money to pay fines? Or because he has sold them at a loss as he is desperate for cash? Because he has sold them at 10bucks a piece to his family or himself? Who knows? He won't tell the people who gave him his start up capital what is going on or even tell them anything. Not a single word of reassurance. That's because Ken is looking after number one now.

No books, no accounts, no divs from Ken as promised. In fact he said the mining coins will go to the MSD and the rest will be used to fund company development. So he said no divs for anyone. And how do you fund company development when you still have to pay reimbursement and pre-orders with the change?

Any miracle workers in the house?
