Don't worry guys, Blahgraphics has a cunning plan for you.  Just get in touch with the MSD and give them your identities and you'll be sure to make a few satoshis from your shares.  Just remember, because Ken didn't warn you of the dangers of investing in Bitcoin securities (lol) then you can apply for a refund.  Just hope Ken has the means to pay you before declaring possible bankruptcy.

Personally, I'm holding for divs and and intend on increasing my portfolio.

I wonder if Blahgraphics has been buying up shares after convincing so many of you the sell, sell, sell.  Shocked

^Not necessarily a bad gamble at going prices.  If Ken has money that is legally accessible, and he is forced to buy back...  Profit!
*Though I'm pretty sure Ken isn't dumb enough to have any money on paper.  He's done this before, he's not an amateur.

HOLY TOLEDO guys!

Ken actually already refunded my order in BTC.
I can't believe it. Are you sure bitcoin transactions aren't reversible? Smiley

I will need at least one week to recover from this totally unexpected event.

Finally I can close this chapter full of horror.

If you feel comfortable will you post the tx link?

It seems refunds aren't being paid out from mining funds - https://blockchain.info/address/16yTynjmSe5bsRGykDaaCL5bm2pxiEfcqP

Wish I had never heard of bitcoin securities.  Would be much, much, much wealthier with just my original bitcoins.

Same here. Even without my gains on earlier securities, I would still be much much more wealthy if I just held the Bitcoin I bought.

Two keywords applied to me, greed and stupidity. I'm hoping I don't repeat the mistakes again in the future.

my thoughts exactly.. btc securities made all my gambling addiction traits come out in full force.

Wow, I request my refund Like Jan 14 2014 and still nothing. I emailed and called frequently, only to be ignored. I already sent in that form and it seems like he's not issuing refunds even though the form says 7 days.

He is issuing refunds. My friend got a refund the same day but there's one little problem. I sent my form out before they did and I haven't gotten my refund yet. I do believe these refunds should be first come first serve. I know $25,931.60 is more money then most people need to get refunded but that means I should be a priority not on the back burner. Where is my refund. Why are others getting there's before me when I sent out my form before they did. I swear if I don't get my refund I will make it the number one priority in my life not just to sue ken and all of his emploies, but I will do everything in my power to make sure he goes to prison for as long as possible.

I'm fairly certain they will knock out as much "low hanging fruit" as possible before taking on larger orders, like your. This is strategically sound as it reduces the volume of potential law suits if/when the funds run dry. If you can knock out twelve $2,000.00 orders instead of one $24,000.00 order you are significantly reducing the number of attack vectors and thus shrink your total attack surface in the event that un-refunded customers pursue legal action.

Stratigically sound? I don't give a shit. I was the first person to ever order anything from Vmc ever back in early august or 2013. This has been almost a year. I asked for a refund early as hell. Stratigically sound? How about morally sound?

Two ways of seeing this.  Arguably, the 2k orders don't have the money to start litigation, and the potential reward is dwarfed by the legal costs.

With 25k, a lawsuit starts looking interesting.

Well I filled out the form scanned it and emailed it to the address on the form. So is this actually going to happen in the 7 business days that you said it would take or is this just more bullshit? The total is $25,931.60. I want to see about 44btc in my account pronto buddy!

Are you asking for a refund on the gear you claimed was "DOA" or is this for other gear you ordered and never received?

Just trying to clarify so others know if you do get a refund.

Hey man, I don't make any of these calls. I'm just explaining the most likely scenario and why it's the most likely.

Unfortunately if you trace the Bitcoin that have left the mining address, you will see that they look like refund to customers.

I'm not happy with this, I was hoping for a nice dividend for my shares...

It's hard to have a dividend for your profit shares when you owe your customers money because you were unable to provide any service to them.
