Just swap it on an exchange like Binance at market rates...
This is hella sketchy and probably too good to be true
As long as your not sending first there's no way something can go wrong, that has been my experience with crypto to crypto exchanges.
As you said you can go with free escrows to avoid the scams but crypto to crypto excahnge in the priate can save some money to us because we can avoid the deposit and the withdrawal fee from the exchange which is little bit higher than the exchange fee.
But I don't know the OP is willing to go with escrow or not.
