I'll say 180 by end of the year. No real upward pressure and people can sell to settle their cost basis / taxes. Price prediction by end of 2019 or high price for 2019 is the more interesting question at this point. Price at end of 2019 300. High price for 2019 I'll say 400.

How have you calculated it? Have you done some technical analysis? I hope that the situation with Ethereum will be much better. I guess, this cryptocurrency must gain close to the end of 2018.

In the beginning we all had such optimistic thoughts, everyone believed that the ethereum will grow. But the closer we get to the end of the year, the more it becomes clear that this year will be unfavorable for crypto. This year you should not expect something good.

If there will be a sudden price increase before this year end,  I'd expect the price of ethereum to be on 250usd only and if not, maybe it would remain under 200usd. The situation this year is beyond expectations and is totally the opposite of what happened last year. As such we should be patient with how will the market behaves as this year ends.

Its market value at this moment is really something to be worried of. I am no longer expecting for a recovery this year so probably, its market value at this moment will be its final market price this year. Next year might be a different year than now and therefore holding should be considered as a must thing to do.

Ethereum have a good  position to be the top coin, you know. It would to reach 2x or 3x, I think.

Ethereum is a great concept so it will reach 5x raise also possible in future but whales are trying to make profit in cryptocurrecy.
The current market is really sad to see in all the altcoins but we never loose the hope because this will be best time to buy and we will see good hype in future.

The 2018 prediction is just based on thinking ETH is in a fairly stable range since middle of September ranging from high of about 240 to a low of 170ish. I think it will end the year about where it is now. Any dips will be bought up and any big pop will face some selling pressure. So pretty conservative for a prediction less than 2 months out.

The 2019 prediction is just based on increasing adoption of ETH for smart contracts and token creation. I could draw lines on charts and could try to do some technical analysis but I don't think that works well on Cryptos because the market is still small and a bit wild west like and there is more competition each day (new cryptos/ ICOS/ etc) not to mention the huge wildcard is always actions pro or con by governments around the world. Rumors about how the Chinese government will treat cryptos sparks bear or bull runs. Bitcoin ETF or new SEC regulations do the same. In 2016 ETH gained about 750%. In 2017 ETH gained over 9,000%. This year ETH is down about 75%. So no chart wizard is going to help you with that on a long term prediction.

You make money when you buy. I think this is a good entry point for ETH.

I believe that ETH has hit the lows of year already near $170 three months ago and did not make new lows on this last big selloff. Hard to say where it will end the year but it can go to $300 - $400 next.

if you look at last year, at the end of the year ETH has increased quite rapidly and developed, but to find out in the future I don't think we can know for sure the development of any crypto currency and in the conditions and situations it requires confidence and patience in investing

ethereum prices below $ 150 are not the right choice, we can see ethereum prices at the highest prices in December to make a profit. because ethereum prices in low position now can be used as the right and best moment to be used as an option to buy not at the end of the year

Well ETH has no doubt fell a lot and it might not be a surprise that it can fall more but eventually it will be the coins in the market with the biggest fall and the biggest rise. For now, it is time to invest in ETH.
