Where will the exchange be based?Malta? And what kind of verification will you be requesting from user to be able to use the exchange?
As part of the KuBitX User Agreement, we verify the identity of all account holders conducting financial transactions. Withdrawals on the exchange are not permitted until this process is completed.
In order to have your account with us verified, you must send us the following documents from the email address you used to register with KuBitX exchange:
1) A valid, unexpired, government issued colour document with a photograph of you that contains your name and address or your name and date of birth such as a passport, a driver’s licence, birth certificate or Indian status card. Other than a passport, identity documents sent to us must have a scan of the front and the back.
2) A valid, unexpired, secondary identity document in colour such as a government issued driver’s licence, a government issued health card, or a credit card issued by a financial institution that contains your name and a signature on the back. The secondary identity document sent to us must have a scan of the front and the back.
3) A copy of a utility bill or statement from a financial institution in your name in colour that shows your name and address that is less than three months old.
4) A selfie of you holding your government issued identity product (item #1) in colour and a handwritten statement containing the word "KuBitX" that has been dated and signed . TIP: We require a clear image of the document as well as your entire face in this selfie. Be sure your camera lens is clean and be sure to steady your camera.

Your documents must be uncropped and unaltered or un-doctored to be accepted for identity verification by us.
You must use the email address you used to register your account with us.
All documents must be in colour and in high resolution.
The KuBitX User Agreement which governs the terms of use of your account with KuBitX describes the terms of identity verification we undertake and they apply to your account and our services. The identity verification process applies to accounts at all times, including to close an account with us or to withdraw from an account.
The verification process involves third party verification and may take some time.
We have the following categories of users:
Unverified
You can look around, deposit, and trade unlimited digital currency. You can purchase BTC using a credit card but you may not withdraw from the exchange until you verify your identity.
Identity Verified
You can deposit, trade, and withdraw digital and fiat currency.
This includes a face to face or digitally acceptable verification of your government issued ID. Further address, bank and income verification may be necessary to qualify for a trading account or limit increase.
Institutional
Unlimited deposit, trading, and withdrawal limits in both fiat and digital currencies.
Business and director verification is required.
This includes a face to face or digitally acceptable verification of your government issued ID. Articles of incorporation, business license, director authorization and verification of bank account will be required.
