Motivation behind Malta, the Blockchain Technology which is the underlying technology of cryptocurrency is still new and most African countries have not initiated or instituted legal framework to make businesses on Blockchain work with clear order to shield the users, funding partners and stakeholders. In order not to sit tight for a really long time, the team had to sought for the most conducive clime to domicile the company where we will be compliant with law of commitment, Malta turned into the decision because of clear lawful system controlling setting up of Blockchain based organizations. We will work comprehensively with massive education to enable African decision makers comprehend and get the required administrative structure for easy operations of this unique business model.
