Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

are you not worry if you loss all your coin? why so hard to do what they ask for?
what is going to do if they wont give your money back till you give your identification
did you read previous post?
most of people give them all docs they want before like passport , selfie,.... but they dont do anything,
what do you feel if your account be disable and 6 days they dont give you any proper response that why your account disabled?
and if they want change their terms must tell for resign or leave, it very un pro act .

How much is the minimum amount of BTC in bittrex account that they'd require selfie and passport?
I don't have much there besides the fact that I bought XRP in there. I'm worried too whether they'd close my account and not  return my money if I don't provide ID which I'm skeptical of giving as well.

If your account is over $1000 they will require a selfie with you holding your government ID and some paper with bittrex and the date written on it. Just go to settings.
If you can still access your account i personally recommend to withdraw your funds until the situation stabilized. They are probably reviewing all accounts.
Just make sure thaat you created your account before 08/01/17 as 0 withdrawals per day for those who created after  Undecided

Already 4 day I can not pass verification. Basic I can not - writes ,,NO PUBLIC RECORD MATCH
We could not match your information to our public record providers. To complete the verification process, you must apply for an enhanced account. "
Enhanced is also not passed - "There was an error processing your documents..." Now it's generally not possible to upload a photo in the window.
2 factors included.Support is not responding. Directly the trouble is like that.
What must I do please tell me?

Is there any way to get invited to their slack channel? It says invitation limit reached. Same as everyone else, uploaded selfie and ID proof, and had an error. Now stuck.
Have raised support ticket, but again no response.

The guy called Richi is rude and self-contained. Despite the fact that I have not identified 2 bugs until today, and they have corrected these bugs, they deny the existence of the bugs. I can not say for all trex employees but I want you to know that we are in dialogue with poor quality people.

So much lies.......Everytime they open their mouth they say something diffrent.
So they wanna tell us accounts which were EV and 3 years old has been disabled because they didn't finished their registration and verification process ?

What a bullshit.I can show many accounts which were EV and still got disabled.
Accounts with 1 Million USD worth of BTC on it not finished verification process ?What ?

I got myself banned from their slack asking if Bitcoin Gold will be credited to our account if we are forced to hold our BTC at bittrex ,so this is another pure BS out of their mouth.

Reading the start of this issues, I Upgrade my account from basic to Enhanced. Bittrex accepts my documents, infact in my account appear this

So, after a short time they disabled my account without a reason and in my account I can also read that I'm a verified enhanced account. Never a problem when I was just basic. IMO they just have some serious issues with many random accounts, this stupid answer gived to us in the statement have the power to get me more angry because are a lot of bullshit. They must only apologize and take their responsibility about that shit, this kind of reason make us just more angry. Thank you for your protection Bittrex, but in my dictionary I called this "bullshit" and "unprofessional" , not "protection". I've tried to keep calm, but this kind of stupid answers make me more angry hours by hours. I want to congrats with them also for the long silence, I've read that this problems starts 48hours ago, they answer with stupid reasons after 40hours. Shame on them. Bittrex pls don't treat us like a lot of stupids and take your fuckin' responsibility!

WTF is going on with Bittrex?

They forced me to upgrade to basic in order to be able to withdraw, but when entered all the info, I got 'no public record match' (whatever that means), so they're asking for a selfie with id.

There's no way I'm sending my id to such dodgy company, so asked them to either upgrade me to basic, or close my account and return my funds.

I think I'm done with centralised exchanges...

Arrogant guys! Support! Write later, when support will answer!I'm waiting for the fourth or fifth day. And I think that a lot of accounts suffered from blocking Huh

My Account is Working FINE with Bittrex and Im from the Phillippines. I also know 5 other accounts from PH and they are all OK

Yeah, we know the statement, and for sure is a "no answer". They are just trying to take more time for a big issue that they called "safety". Now I feel really safe without access to my money, without a real reason and without any kind of apologize. They should be apologize and admit the problem. But they treat us like a lot of idiots. If you got banned there is a reason behind it. I doubt bittrex ban account "for fun".
