My account from 2014 has also been disabled for withdrawals. Account type is shown as 'new' even though my login history shows that it's at least from 2014.
It's really funny to read from their FAQ:

Code:
The philosophy of our program is to require the minimum amount of information from our customers while providing the most services to them.

Excuse me? Name, Address, a fucking selfie, my ID...what else could you want? A DNA sample? My first born child?
And using some shady 3rd party company for the verification process...no words...

Also, if it's really true that having EV is mandatory if your account exceeds $1000, the following statement is a plain lie:

Code:
Basic accounts can withdrawal up to 3 BTC worth of digital currency equivalent per day if they have two-factor enabled.

I'm just glad I had no coins there when they pulled that stunt. My next step will be the demand to close my account with all information connected to it, and then they can go to hell.
This whole disaster is a huge red flag. MtGox...BitGox...whatever...

I created a ticket for enhanced verification, my account is not disabled, just needs to be verified. Today the ticket was marked as solved without a single reply and am not yet verified...  Ticket 328504   and   363442   follow up.

Same here. This whole ID blackmail stunt just showed me that they are just another MtGox waiting to happen...What's sad is so many people aren't affected so no one thinks its a real issue. That whole "it didn't happen to me I'm sure its nothing" attitude. The response from Bittrex and their lack of  transparency in any of their excuses and changing rules to cover up their mistakes is unacceptable and a huge RED FLAG. I am sure there will be many more issues with this exchange in the near future. I hope everyone who got their accounts disabled for NO reason gets their money back from these people.

Truly disappointing as I loved trading on Bittrex I liked their interface a lot. I warned to you all to not leave your funds in your account for long periods of time. I mean who knows when they decide they need more biometric data to add to their collection.

I heared Bittrex uses Azure servers and AP.NET as a programming platform. I always throught Microsoft based platforms perform kinda slow but it appears Bittrex have no issues with latency under high load. Can anyone elaborate on how slow/fast Bittrex API compared to others?

Are your bittrex account already enhanced? If it has not yet been enhanced then do so, bittrex support team will respond to your ticket, you just need to do what they ask then your account will be re-enable.

Can't help you with your query but, just an observation, when I do some trading on Bittrex it slows down my web browser (Firefox). I have to shut down the browser (clear the cache to be sure) and restart the browser to get it working smoothly again - there must be something that Bittrex uses that's slowing down my browser.

Guys just move to Binance.com which is now better than bittrex

Easy to transact plus it has an app for mobile. Open you account now. Click here  Binance.com

Nice refferal link you posted..shame on you..

I just given you options. Stay with bittrex for as long as you want and just dont complain.

You love bittrex so much eh..

I have already switched from Bittrex (and all other shady exchanges) to direct trades with people. It's far better, at least for small trades.

If you love so much to post your refferal links, be honest and don't hide it..

I did not hide anything. I just like writing clean and simple. If its hidden how did you know it in the first place? Binance.com has only one website address. If i put it in url.shortening then thay is hiding. For you point to one address that redirect you to another one.

Maybe you are just not seeing the option i gave.

You promoting to trade with you by your statement? I won't promote that if i were you. Decentralized exchange is better that person to person trading. This thread is for exchange not personal trading.

But nice pitching you made there to promote your personal trading. Smiley

This thread is for bittrex, not for promoting your affiliate links.

This thread is not for bittrex. This is for the users of bittrex. Hope you got it this time. Do you want me to explain it more? You are a hero member you should know it by now.

Mr. Chen, take it easy.

Out of gas? Lol

Eat your rice and grow up.  Cheesy

A large number of people has lost their money, there are all the confirmations that Bitrex without explaining the reason people just took away the money, so why is the forum administration still holding this thread?
