Hmm so i just deposited some byteball onto the exchange, never had any problems before now.  The byteball is confirmed from my wallet but not showing on bittrex.  In past its been super quick. What to do?

Theres nothing to do except to wait and contact their support because the problem clearly lies on them. Send a concise request followed by proofs e.g. TXID, screenshot/s etc. here https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Also try getting an invitation on their slack and ask there. I heard some users got replies there just don't forget to ask in a pleasant manner as they might ban you.

I did that and will just wait and see. Probably a 50/50 atm judging by what the people are saying iit. I can understand they have many people to deal with right now but hope they deal with all.

The same story. Withdrew all in panic. Something strange with Bittrex. But now I am thinking.. lots of newbies scream about disabled accounts. Maybe some kind of informational attack.

Bittrex support is starting to process ticket only after reply to first automatic message. And yes, they are slow, but all my tickets got answers in 4-7 days.

be smart. being angry wont solved your problem. i know many users that get back their acc and money.

all you can do wait for reply to your ticket and be polite with support.  be patient, dont open multiple tickets  cause putted you bottom line of queries.
if you dont get answers or will not solved yr problem within 2 weeks ,go to twitter and send reminders to bittrex employees w yr ticket number
thats all you can do.

dont put yr money to any exchanges cause yr money not protected by law...

for example: bittrex has a couple of emlpoyees and i cant imagine how much money there is in their pocket millions and millions dollars.....or billions.....

very very risky. even owners  of bittrex not scammers....


MtGox has failed cause someone hacked their pocket....

i think the future is the legalized bitcoin exchanges or kind of something with safe by official laws...

I don't think it was any security concerns that made bittrex to block several accounts.
Even the exchanges that are being shut down for regulation are letting the user withdraw without any issues.
It's a pure SCAM.

Last week my account was disabled after being a loyal customer for over 4 years, no reason , I deposited 15kusd and all of a sudden I was locked out and kicked out of my account, now I can log in but its disabled, how can it be that this happened only after I depositied the funds ?

No reply from support, no one helping me, all I want is my money back and Il never use them again, I feel bad fro telling everyone to use bittrex instead of Polo and now this happens, this is really sad, that money was desperatly needed, guess Iv learned my lesson and will have to write off these funds,


For anyone else going to use bittrex, I would honestly say be cautious , no reason for a exchange to disable your account right after a deposit of 15k when I have been supporting them for 4 years and was verified fully!

Bittrex Blocked my account for no reason even I had 15000USD, they blocked it for no reason and no one replies to my mails nor do they respond to my tickets! now I have lost 15000 USD !!!!! this is such theft and I really needed that money for something so important !!!

They are born to steal our money. The moment they start business the intention was already there... Mt.Gox, Crypsty, Poloniex, Bittrex

Use the exchange as if you are using a comfort room.. you go it and you go out but you dont sleep on it.

I never kept my money on any exchange, I sent it there to make a trade and sell some crypto, as soon as the deposit came in my account got disabled

stop your activities now and wait for response for ONE ticket. if you opened multiple tickets you are puttin to bottom line. dont open again and again. email dont work. only support section works.
bagging them not worth it. wait a 1 week or 2 and send message on twitter to employees. you are right. private message not working. but simple message is working, and you can post to bittrex employees posts with yr ticket number. after 1 or 2 weeks not before!!!
and your problem will be solved.
