Not banned but they just limited me from 1337 BTC to 0.025 BTC without warning - which is the scammy part. We knew/feared that forced verification was going to happen eventually but not giving a heads-up is just a scammy thing to do.

After 3 years and 7 months of use I might as well just close my account.

Good thing I took most of my alts out during the last few months and only have ~0.7btc left in alts.

I seriously doubt they are solvent.

I warned every one here, in twitter, telegram and... a hundred time.
If you have access to your account now, you are lucky, withdraw all of your money before they stuck your money and scam you! this is a real warning. as you can see every day some new people are joining to disabled users!

Under bank laws when you close your account they have to forward your balance to a nominated account

Is this the same under SEC US laws for financial brokers as well

I just checked my Bittrex account, if I received a delayed mining payment from a multipool, so I can close my Shittrex account.

Plus they changed the "Daily Withdraw limit" for basic accounts from 3 BTC to 0.4 BTC...  Oh,well...

I have been using Bittrex for years.
But now my legacy account desappears and I got 0 BTC limit.
The basic verification failed ... and now I'm waiting for more than a week and still no answer on my support ticket.

Same. Basic verification failed for me after being with trex for a few years, I posted about it last month. Been 72 hrs now and can't withdraw anything... just keep getting the 24hr unverified message.

Totally agree. What h*ll are they thinking sh*tting on long time Legacy accounts.

Even if I do decide to get verified, I will simply withdraw everything, and trade at other exchanges.

As far as I can tell, there are (2) reasons bittrex may not be responding:

(#1) They are waiting for an answer that depends on something else*
(#2) They literally don't give a fuck about you.

* I don't have any evidence of #1, just speculation

- Lack of staff or amount of tickets is not the problem.

Certain people can get responses to a ticket multiple times a day, or every day, back to back - while (clearly) others do not get any priority.

If you're not getting responded to, they're intentionally not responding. If you haven't had any response at all, or over 30 days, you're probably fucked.

It's possible who they sleep with will hold off the cavalry for a while, but that will not last forever. They'll have more than enough to fight it though.

Are they answering to some people? Reading this (and other) topics there are not many positive stories. I haven't contacted them myself. I cannot withdraw but right now I don't need to, so I'm waiting if some general solution will come up.

Can you transfer Alt coins to a wallet or are you still limited to  .4 BTC worth of coins per day?  I was pretty unhappy yesterday when they suddenly went from 3 BTC to .4   

 I have a substantial amount of alt coins in there along with a couple BTC and I have to say this is a bit disturbing.
