After 21 consecutive days many users have stopped making profits from their "cloud mining" - hashflare mining contracts, therefore, hashflare has no positive solution for the investors . Apparently the only beneficiary is the company called hashflare.

To understand that the company is completely fraudulent we can see that many users have a balance in their accounts without being able to withdraw their few earned profits, the company establishes a very high withdrawal rate. which is totally discouraging and disagreeing to investors. in this point All this indicates to us that there is a high possibility that hashflare is a pyramid scheme. and in these moments is going through a difficult situation where many investors stopped investing in the company.

apparently. The company does not have financial support to benefit new users.

Then .. On seeing, that the money is withheld, without any guarantee or positive situation for the investors. the law mandates that every company that offers an investment service, and retain the money without any benefit to the investor, must be returned and reimbursed. according to the service provided by the company. the percentage of corresponded money must be returned.

Let us make this petition guys we need to do something

-Hashflare will be d

There's already a few number of petitions about this in change.org and you would need huge amount of signs from people if you want to be noticed. Hence there's no need to create another one, just sign what's already there to contribute to the numbers.

While there's nothing wrong with this idea, I do not recommend it at least if you're solely relying on it. I mean it could take years (or more than that) gathering signs especially if the topic is not very popular with most people. If you have money to spend in consulting lawyers, that would great.

Next time, realize there's something wrong "before" not "after"

True, just like others what are trying to do but still this would end up to a pointless thing and as you said this wont really caught up too much attention because this isnt really a popular thing and gathering a sign wont even give any guarantee to make changes.
Since the beginning its being said for how many times that cloud mining investments wont really be ideal for long term aspects but people do still believe the other way around and now they are stressing out theirselves on how to get their money back.

At this time there is no request. in change.org with respect to this. and I think the signatures are too many and easy to do.

1. are thousands of active contracts and do not generate profit
2. Thousands of people feel bad. stressed for your money. and with the idea of losing it
3. hashflare does not make any statement or perform any action that benefits the investor
4. Hashflare wants to keep all the money.

To my mind it has no idea. Hashflare is nothing compared to Hashocean. Here people had invested a lot of money, really a lot, despite the fact that website was giving your invested money back in 3 month, it lasted for more than one year, people believed it was real cloud mining company and lost money. A lot of people joined a petition in change.org but we got nothing in result.
Currently hashflare plays the game of genesis mining, this last one is legal as far as I know but scam in reality. Seems hashflare really can't to pay it's users, their action of high withdraw limits is absolutely incorrect but c'mon, you knew what you were doing.

By this point we all should be aware of the common tactics these cloud mining companies used to scam us legally.

Hashflare sells only a year long contract at high price + high maintenance fee.

Viabtc sells contract with terms with which they can own those devices after what it earn become less than maintenance fee but we all know difficulty and price doesn't always remain same so at some point they can mine for themselves for profit.

Genesis mining now started to sell 5 years long contract which sound nice but they can easily tweak the terms in middle so still risky.

I have contracts with various cloud services. Some do not pay at all now, others pay 0.1 dollars from 1 Tx per day Smiley The contract is signed, the money will be paid by HF after the contract is over. Different petitions are a waste of time. The Internet is flooded with negative feedback on cloud mining services. I sympathize with those who have invested heavily.
I have already forgotten about my investments, they will return very long or never Smiley

How is it that other honest industry players like Minergate are still paying profits to their miners but Hashflare with all the hype about their infrastructure is failing to do so? This is unacceptable.
and geneis-mining is paying

For heavy investor then signing up or creating petitions wont really be that hard for you as long you are eager to take your investment back.
Ive been an investor before but i dont stress out myself on expecting if i would receive profits or not because i had learned already my lesson and i realized up things about these kind of investment.

what do you say I have invested more than $ 7000 USD in this company. Do you think I'm going to let myself be robbed? that seems absurd to me. Hash-flare is hiding and I'm sure he has no financial support to pay users

explain me why genesis-mining and minergate the best companies. Are they paying and did they make adjustments to their mining contracts? hashflare is not different. because I think they belong to the same sector. and provide the same mining service in the cloud.

sorry my friend. you have to be crazy to let go $ 7000 dollars just like thath

hashflare is not different.

they may be different if they are running ponzi scheme, see that in the last 6 months hashflare did not stop making promotions and increase the minimum value of withdrawal to prevent people making frequent withdrawals, this was already a great indicator that they are running ponzi scheme

because I think they belong to the same sector. and provide the same mining service in the cloud.

I really distrust hashflare

Even I do not trust the hashflare to invest my money. I see the people are really getting big trouble to make the money with the mining field. I see the most of the cloud mining are ponzi schemes and scams only. So try to avoid your investment on cloud mining.

@op instead of going with the petition of yours. You need to swap the graphics card mining and make money with that. Check the daggerhashimoto algorithm dude.

I know that hashflare has been a reputable mining platform for a long time and since contracts were recently resumed we still can gain some profit with them I suppose. If the price of bitcoin increase in near future... lol Cheesy

Established members of the community have put out warnings ages ago already when Hashflare initially started to go rogue, by reducing the customer's contracts from lifetime to 1 year, as well as raising the minimum withdrawal levels to unrealistic ones.

In fact, there has already been a previous attempt at a change.org petition which states that this activity is unfair and should be reversed: https://www.change.org/p/don-t-let-hashflare-io-change-lifetime-contracts-to-year-contracts-hashflare?recruiter=777085939&utm_source=share_petition&utm_medium=copylink&utm_campaign=share_petition&utm_term=share_petition?

Of course Hashflare is fraudulent. The fact that they are currently not even paying out due to the unprofitability of their entire scheme (or perhaps, them fabricating payouts due to liquidity issues?) is only a reflection of their overall track record. I really doubt that a petition alone would change anything. Either someone launches legal action against them, or even better, just educate people about this matter. Prevention is better than a cure.

Hashflare's entire business model is based on ripping people off this way. No way they're going to respond to a change.org petition that does not pose any threat legally to them.

Well, the time for friendly reminders is over. People have been warned over and over again and it's not helping. There is a ton of information easily accessible by a simple search command, and even that isn't helping. If after all the years nothing has changed (and this whole cloud mining ponzi industry started back in 2013), it's safe to say that nothing will ever change.

In other words, it's no longer cloud mining services ripping people off, but people are ripping themselves off.

Exactly. I think that ultimately, it's up to people themselves to figure out that cloud mining is not going to turn them even just a return on their investment, let alone any profits, and most of them could be classified as scams that is probably very questionable when it comes to actual mining.

And what is a change.org petition going to do? Pretty much nothing. It's not legally binding. People who are misled by youtube channels into investing aren't going to even see these petitions. Hashflare has gone scam ages ago when contracts were tampered with without consent from the users, yet, people still continue to invest for some reason.

Besides, it's just one company out of the sea of hundreds of the same structured schemes flying around at the moment. You really think that getting HF to pay out will mean that all of the other cloud mining scams will suddenly cease to exist, and give an ROI on everyone's investments? Hell no.
