According to MEW, Hola reportedly has experienced a breach that had lasted about five hours, allowing hackers to log any activity that users of the extension may have done on the wallet platform.

Betreff: Enable Google Authenticator / SMS code protection

On 9th of July we have received a report that Hola, a Chrome extension, has been compromised.

The extension started to log all the traffic from MyEtherWallet.

Due to this vulnerabiltiy, all wallets are required to enable Google Authenticator / SMS Code protection.
