lookism scamed me for $200, we agreed that he will sell me 1 btc and I will pay in 3 separate payments with paypal. After I sent him first payment of 200$ he came up with lot's of excuses, like he is cleaning kitchen right now, etc. and said that he will send the bitcoins later, but after waiting more than an hour he didn't send me anything. I have logs of our conversation, if moderators need them I will send it. To all users please be aware and don't do business with this guy. Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

File a claim with Paypal that you didn't receive your goods. You may or may not have success given it's digital goods.
