In my opinion, bounty programs contribute greatly to the success of an ICO because through this kind of advertising, many potential investors are persuaded to invest on it. On the other hand, it can be difficult to launch the first phase of an Ico To market because these bounty hunters tend to sell all their tokens off, contributing to the dip in the value of the coin.

Of course positively. If there is no use for bounty program, or it effect negatively to the ico, why the heck people bother to make a bounty campaign, paying us like lots of money from that, hiring a manager to manage and such?
