If you want to sell your BTC for PayPal, you can sell at up to 15% extra rate. Pay $200 in BTC and receive 230$ PP fund(before PP fees). Never worry about chargeback. We are legit buying BTC with PP in Bitify for years.

I send payment very fast, but people may order trade when I'm asleep at night so I set the payment time is within 12 hours after you paid the trade. I send the exact amount of trade. Bitcoin seller pay PayPal fees.
I may send as Friend and Family for USA PayPal account.
