Do you mean the fee that you have to pay if you register from a blacklisted ip?

What help do you need? What do you want to learn?

What payment? are you referring to the evil IP that you paid for here in forum? there's a lot of free information on internet about crypto's and you don't have to pay for it. Enlighten us with this fee you're talking about, did you pay for a subscription to someone that calls himself a crypto expert?

I hope my payment will convert into knowledge.

Its the evil IP, thank for your concern man. I appreciate it. Im not going to subscribe to a crypto expert cause I want to explore it without cashing out money.

Just to let you know. You can view almost every subforums here on bitcointalk without creating an account; unless you're planning on asking questions(good ones, hopefully) or discussing with us.

Also, don't base your knowledge entirely from info on bitcointalk. While this is a good forum, I'd suggest also looking at different sources.

This should be a good starting point for you: https://www.coindesk.com/information/

Best of luck.
