Token goes down. Wait or sell?

The sale of cheap tokens is not the best solution. They either fall to zero, and you will not lose much, or they will already grow. If you sell cheap, and lose the opportunity to earn, it's worse than being able to make a profit, but also the risk of losing everything.

Hello everyone!

We all know that the situation with market is not that good as we want it to be. Thus it affects a lot of ICO projects. On the one hand people don't invest in coin so much money as they did last year. On the other bounty hunters sell tokens fast and the price goes very low. That is why some projects prefer list their token on Idex first. They want to see how a coin plays on market.

And what investors should do in such situation? Sell all they have for small money or wait until a token will go up?

I'm asking as a person working in such project. After ICO token price went down (KCY, I'm sure you heard of it). And It is interesting to know investor's opinion about such situation.

What is your idea?

 

This kind of business need more patience and courage, we know that the market is like roller coaster sometimes up and sometimes down, but whatever happen we need to keep of our mind we need to get profit so we need to wait patiently until the price is up,, if you sell your token for cheap price you are looser.

I think that now no one wants to sell their tokens or coins due to the fact that prices have fallen so much it becomes unprofitable. Now everyone has become long-term holders of their tokens or coins.

but sometime we better selling some tokens and holding BTC.
you know that when BTC down token is also down, but if BTC growing up some token still in the dip and not grow up following bitcoin price

Selling your alts at this point is a bad idea. The market is already seems so down. Prices are so low for almost all tokens/ coins. I think it’s better to wait.

I think it's depends on you.If selling now ok then you can sell.If any chance huge profit by holding these tokens then you can hold.I want to inform you one thing if your token is new i means distributed just in 1 or 2 days then you can wait because there is a lot of panic seller. People wants quick money so they sell at low price so just wait and see.Keep calm now.

I think it's better to immediately sell the tokens.  Especially now there are a lot of good coins at a low price in which it is worth investing.

holding or sell depend solely on you if you are in gain with the dip or you discover that is will dip more so you can sell in such situation but if the dip is just mere trace and will moon in short time then you need not worry and have to hold your position.

in any case, if someone sells his coin when the price goes down, then this is the loss of the desired profit. I can not imagine Why all this is done when the price goes down. In any case, the market will recover and we will see good advantages on our coins.

I think right now it's better to wait and buy for long term. No selling for sure, you can sell coins only if you don't see it's value and future.

being an investor, you should know all the risk you took when you joined the ICO. Why would you sell for a loss after choosing to invest in such project?? you should at least wait for the price to recover up to the ICO price before selling. You should be aware that investing on ICO today wont give you huge profit just after the launch of the token and after hitting the exchange, give at least 6 - 8 moths for the token price to recover.

Take advantage of the lower price of tokens to gather up more and you'll gain more profit when the token price reach the ICO price.

I don't care of the market crash, it will recover soon or not but it will. The only thing that I care about is the abandoned projects, tokens of which are cost nothing. I will keep eye on tokens in my portfolio. Development should be in progress, other doesn't metter.

Blockchain should be really rolling in 2-3 years... but to really mature it will probably be 10. If you dont have the patience get out. Sell now. token goes very down and market rates are very critical and the profit of coin sell in the market is not possible at this time at this situation i will wait for the right time for take a good profit after sell the coins but you have patience and regular do this work.
