The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

never ask or beg for merit, you'll be banned and lose your account.
try to make good, interesting and quality post then somebody will give you merit.

Don't try to get Merit by begging, this is a very dangerous move, you should earn Merit through your own efforts (publish healthy and meaningful articles)!
