Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

Is there any chance of me getting back my Btc from an address which I was not supposed to send or even a chance of getting in contact with the receiver ?

I think you can make another (little) transaction at the same address with a message attached and hope that he will read it. It's not a lot but I don't have any other idea

The fact is that if you sent your money to the address where there are active movements then you have a chance to get your money back. If the owner of the wallet turns out to be an honest person and will return it to you. But if you sent bitcoins to the address to which no one has a private key - then that means that you lost them forever.

Chances are very low and people don't return money they get for which they can't be put at fault. But there are always exceptions and I do hope that you get your bitcoin back.

If it's not confirmed yet, you can use "replace by fee" (RBF),
Or double spend with higher fee

https://coincentral.com/cancel-unconfirmed-bitcoin-transaction/

If it has been confirmed then you are probably never see your bitcoin again

Your bitcoins is gone. There is no chance to retrive your coins when it is sent to a wrong address. Bitcoins transactions and almost every altocoins is irreversible and the moment it is sent ,it cant' come back again.

Hard to follow, where did the address you sent to come from?

It's not really possible to typo a wrong address, and neither will anyone else have/generate the same address. If the address was supplied to you by an exchange, you should be able to contact them and have it returned to your account.

can not, the only way is you ask back the btc you sent to the wrong address to be asked again. Next time, you should be more careful when entering the address.

Why don't you give us more details here before we can help you. Firstly, how did you manage to send to the wrong address as this is very difficult to do? Did you have some sort of malware that changed the address automatically, or did you send to an old exchange wallet or something? Can you post the TXID? Sometimes the owners of wallets/address can be traced through a bit of detective work, but not always.

There is no such thing as "claiming an address" or "address existing".
All address are on the ledger, with MOST being 0 balance.
When you generate a new address (Where it be by hand, online, using a program, etc), you are simply picking an address from the ENORMOUS list.

If the person is kind enough to return, maybe he will return your btc. Try to contact the concerned. Why can you send your btc wrong?

I think that the funds you send will not be refunded to another wallet because it is difficult to recover because it's sent to another wallet but if you know the owner of the account that you sent it wrong you can request it to recover it.

Bitcoin transactions are irreversible, you can't undo, you can't recover once you have sent it you can never get it back.

The only thing that you can hope for if that receiver noticed that there's an additional balance to his wallet and if he's too generous enough, he'll send it back to you.

If you send the wrong address your bitcoin it can't be back sure cause you don't know what kind of person is this if he kind or not. Next time if you do it you should be more careful and make sure all the details are correct before you entering the address.

It's probably not, if you send your Bitcoin to someone address your btc cannot getting back again.
You can track the address by the transaction,  but it's too difficult if its getting back to you  again.

Well, I don't think that you will ever receive or get back again your lost Bitcoin that you have accidentally send to a wrong address. We all know and aware that the Bitcoin is a decentralize crypto currency that no one have the control over it, so no one can ever be ask or no monitors when something like this happen.

How can you send your Bitcoin to someone address that you didn't know? How did it happen? Honestly it's very difficult to getting back your btc, but what if the person that received it is send it back.
