39/100k deaths are attributable to alcohol & illicit drug use. That's only part of the problem that Virtual Rehab is tackling 🧐🧐🧐

Absolutely. All programs are developed in-house and in partnership with our partners. Throughout the life-cycle of the program development, we are actively working with psychologist and therapists to ensure that the programs being developed are fit-for-purpose. In fact, even prior to the development, we ensure that the psychologist or the therapist approved the scenario for development.

Why do they need to approve it in advance? What do they approve?

Why do they need to approve it in advance? What do they approve?

Hi BigSharky,

Thanks for the question.

They need to approve it in advance to ensure that we have included all the triggers and cues which will challenge the patient within that scenario.

Let's say the patient has a DUI, then we would ensure, with the help of the therapist, that within the experience that the patient goes through, he or she is subjected to temptations such as alcohol in a store or in a home or people drinking in a gathering and being offered to drink along with them. We measure the action and reaction to these temptations. Therefore, we work closely with the therapists to ensure that these temptations are available within our programs and increase their level of difficulty as the patient gets more comfortable with the specific scenario.

Hope this clarifies.

Regards

That is correct. The more the user gets comfortable with the program, we increase the level of difficulty to challenge them even more.

1- Data gathered from the user experience throughout the Virtual Reality scenario (i.e. their actions and reactions along with any voice records which may have been captured throughout this experience)
2- Biometrics (heart rate, blood pressure, biodermal activity, and eye-tracking)

Thank you for the question.

Within the experience, we sometimes capture the responses that users provide in a voice format. For example, in one of our programs, at some point in the scenario, the user is subjected to a series of questions to try to determine what their situation would be in the future should they not decide to change. How would that impact their family, finance, relationships, etc. All of these are recorded vocally, and the user is given 30 seconds to record their responses.

Thanks for the great question.

The $VRH utility token has 3 distinct use cases:

1- It will allow users to order and download programs from our Virtual Rehab Online portal
2- Users will be able to request further analysis of the executed programs through our unique expert system (which uses AI) to identify areas of risk, make treatment recommendation along with any medication prescribed by the medical doctor, psychologist, or therapist, and predict the future behavior post therapy
3- (the use case we are most excited about) - in case the user proves to us that they have sought therapy from a medical doctor, psychologist, or therapist, they will then be rewarded with $VRH tokens which they can then trade on exchanges or use to order more services. Therefore, it becomes an incentive to allow them to improve their mental health and psychological well-being

The recording is stored and can then be used to have a meaningful discussion with the therapist or psychologist accordingly. So, instead of sitting down and getting drilled by a psychologist, we are putting the user in a state-of-mind where they are more comfortable and can share more information at ease about themselves and what are they thinking about and how they are feeling.

Great question. As you probably know, we are dealing with vulnerable populations. Unfortunately, all data and all information pertaining to these vulnerable populations is completely exposed as of today. This prevents these folks from getting a second chance and re-integrating back into society. With blockchain, we will be able to provide complete protection and privacy to all data and all information of these users and moreover in a decentralized manner.

Also, please note that the blockchain will allow us to take our existing model from B2B to B2C. Hence it will allow us to serve a larger population and make an even bigger positive impact within our society.

Finally, the $VRH utility will only be possible through the use of the blockchain. Hope this makes sense.
