What about this idea?
A website developed by developers from all over the world, anyone make a contribution will get some tokens, the token amount is decided by previous contributors' voting, as the website becomes better and better, we will put some ads on it, and share the money between all token holders.
The smart contract behind this will generate tokens based on the votes.
For example,
The founder get 1000 tokens
The next contributor make a contribution, the founder think it worth 400 tokens, then there is 1300 tokens in total.
The 3rd contributor make a contribution, the founder and the second contributor decide to give him/her 200 tokens, then there is 1500 tokens in total.
After the ads made money, the money will be shared between 1500 tokens holders, who hold more who will get more.
