Honestly, i think what companies/ICO ''teams'' are mostly looking for is someone who is trusted and somewhat experienced on/with this forum. I don't think that's something you just "learn" or get ( trust ), but rather something that grows over time.  so there really isn't that much to teach.

Also, why should we help you/explain to you how you need to do your job? Seems like that's the other way around... For what would "we"(the team that hired you) need you for?

Its not that much easy to become a campaign manager. I have part of some telegram with the reputed campaign manager of this forum. He mentioned and said many times this is really hard to manage the campaign in bounty especially.
Then you should be good at Ms Excel usage and good at data analytics to understand the good manager or not.
If you are unable to do that you need to improve yourself with learning the more knowledge with the good manager like edwarded, yahoo, woshib and etc.

Being a campaign manager to be reckon with on the forum today is as serious as being trusted to serve as an escrow service provider and the reason is because of the failure of several campaign managers especially in the Bounty section of the forum who have made the issue of spammers a call for concern. That being said, if you are feel that is what you want to contribute to the forum but you need to meet some basic things in my own opinion to have a good head start.

1. You need to rank up fast and you know that to rank up now means quality delivery of posts to get the required merit which is not easy and would mean you must have been consistently making such which would ultimately put you in a good position to manage a campaign effectively.

2. When you are able to achieve the above, you then need to start with small amount of participants say 25 or 40 depending on your capability. When you do that effectively to the attestation of the participants and the observers, then you can graduate to it to higher level.

3. Another important thing is for you to ensure you secure the payment of the participants whether they are to be paid using token or btc. Its very essential if you are to have a good start. #my opinion.

I think you can be a campaign manager but you need to learn first how signature or bounty campaign works .
You can start on basic like learn how to use spreadsheet and learn how to make signature design that you can use in your own campaign.
Start offering free service then the payment must be held to escrow until you can build a good porfolio until you reach a good rank position, this time you can offer your campaign management with your proof that you have experience on managing a campaign.

being honest with you, I must tell you that it is not an easy task to be a manager, you have to be a responsible person and you have a full idea of how the forum works... you should be able to say that forum sections can produce result X if you allow campaign members to post to this section. You need to know the rules of the forum. You need to know how to identify Alt account. you need to be patient because you can be sure that you will receive dozens of PM per day and only to ask questions that you have already posted to the signature campaign thread. So where should you start? watch the other managers, spend hours reading the rules of the forum and create your own idea and rules of how to manage your campaign. Do not copy/past the Rules of other managers

There's a growing number of campaign managers here making it a tough competition especially for those without any past experience. That being said, how will you make them trust you? The answer is simple, they just have to look in your overall contribution in this forum - yea you need to be a person of high regard/reputable. There are a lot of ways to contribute but since you're trying to be a campaign manager, it would be best to involve yourself with something related to it such as alt/spammmer/scam busting or anything that helps you test your "judgement" on things.

If you don't have any idea what does a camp manager do, the simpliest way is just to join one.

I am not sure how it would be the marketplace react towards the good campaign manager mate. I see the people really want to invest get the copper member and want to do any service with that rank. Please go with the learning behind good managers like Lutpin and Yahoo.

The basics are to get yourself involved in campaigns in which ever way possible signatures etc and that't to increase your profile visibility. Once people start noticing you, if you do a good job on the small tasks good opportunities will come your way

Well I guess that I should really take a lot of time to have my dreams come true but thank you guys for all of your answers and advises. I should probably start being serious in joining campaigns here and make quality post to gain merits and trust.
