Error during mining, help me

hi everyone, i bought a r-box miner 38g... i have tested it in a power suply 12V @ 3.5 ampere and it worked well.
to make sure that i will not overpowered the 3.5a power supply i got this new one of 5 ampere ... i get this message (picture below) after some minutes mining at 38g..

is this something with my 12v @ 5a power supply ? i'm guessing that this power supply is a bad one

help me with your opinions, thanks !
