A good way to attract the kind of friends you want is to put yourself out there and make yourself known to them. You can do this by participating in activities or hobbies that your ideal friends would, or frequenting the same kind of places. Start acting like the person you want to attract and see what happens!

There's nothing wrong with hanging out with a bunch of losers from your high school. At least you have long-term friends that might be true to you. However, It doesn't mean you'll end up like their life. It is all up to you. But of course, you need friends also that you can benefit from. Like learning from them because they all are successful. It is good to have different kinds of friends whether they are successful or not. Because you learn from them in every way.
