At some forums I read that you should become a Junior Member to write an ANN and for that you have to participate in the discussions in order to get 'Activity' points (30 points at least) and that's how it's done here.

It seems that you can buy a copper membership and get the privileges to post an announcement without participating much prior to that.

Why don´t you hire a good thread manager. I personally distrust any posting by copper members, because they are in fact newbies that have paid to avoid being so.

Yes and that's actually the "norm". Most ICO projects put up their ANN thread and start whatever promotion before their CO starts so that when the d-day comes there are already people who are aware of their project.

And yea there are some restrictions imposted on newbies so u better get a copper membership.

You are allowed to do so but there will be limitations(such as you not being able to post a picture). I wouldn't suggest you buy copper membership either because I don't trust those newbies who post announcement threads even if they are a copper member(since it is easy to invest into it when you plan to scam people, you will recover it after all). You would be better off hiring someone to post an announcement thread here for you.

1)I think you can do that , introduce your project to others in pre , I think it's ok .
2)But I think you should tell us more about that , such as we hope to get the messages about the ICO time , white paper and roadmap . That's very important .
