Bitcoin hitted 20k in last December and some people are saying this is the bottom of bitcoin and hit will rise soon.but some people are saying bitcoin will go down to 3k-4k area.what is your opinion?

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I think it is quite likely that it will tank further for one simple reason: when you touch the bottom you see buying volumes explode, because the whales KNOW that that is the bottom. This didn't happen yet. So... beware!
