i mined this back in the day but it did'nt go anywhere. is this still minable? is it on any exchanges? if not why are there some still mining it? i have been mining eth and zec for a while and have been thinking about all the past coins i mined. some are still around and i should have held them. others are long gone. just being nostalgic
Yes it is on novaexchange.com and cryptopia. It would be great to see this coin come to more use. I am mining it at the moment. So many scrypt coins has good value these days and this one should be among them too.

I will support this coin and start buying it for btc and doge at the exchanges. This coin needs a webpage too with updated information.

Bitcointalk deleted one of my posts for being off topic but this one is not deleted. According to my opinion this is more off topic than my post that got deleted. I wrote at least about something concerning Rabbitcoin. This is not concerning Rabbitcoin at all.

Thanks but that is just a list of nodes. However I believe to setup your own full node you need at least a VPS running a flavor of Linux and install and run the Rabbit node sever software.

My question was "do wallets that are open and synced act as nodes?".

As long as you have a wallet open, synchronised with the other nodes / block chain (and you have

Code:
server=1

in your conf file), *any* wallet can be a node.

If you are mining and point your miner to that wallet, when you find blocks they will include a small amount of transaction fees for the various transactions that that block processed.  (otherwsie all your wallet / node will do is broadcast transactions to the rest of the node and the block chain to any open wallet that needs to synchronise)

How many RabbitCoins have already been generated?

The OP says there will be a maximum of 100 Billion, and I 've seen about 5+ Billion on the open markets.

Quote
Reward: (Random)
Block 1-100,000: 1-1,000,000 RabbitCoin
Block 100,001-200,000: 1-500,000 RabbitCoin
Block 200,001-300,000: 1-250,000 RabbitCoin
Block 300,001-400,000: 1-125,000 RabbitCoin
Block 400,001-500,000: 1-62,500 RabbitCoin
Block 500,001-600,000: 1-31,250 RabbitCoin
Block 600,000+: 10,000 (Flat) RabbitCoin

Given the above from the OP ...  We can take the current height of 3478234-599,999 and multiply by 10,000 reward.  Then adjust your best guess for blocks 1-599999.

at least, 28,782,310,000

Hey thanks for the info - the only thing I could glean from zpool.ca was their current node connections:

Code:
addnode=104.183.139.17:17020

We need a real explorer.

A lot of these old coins have been hijacked and had massive fake blocks with extra coins inserted. Do not buy these coins unless you know the real coin supply up to date or you will learn the hard way.

Add
There are about 4 billion on Cryptopia so probably not a problem with this coin but don't sink major money until you check.

How do you know there are 5+ Billion  on the open markets?. Could you pls instrucme?

I have a theory. Rabbits are on the lower rankins cause nobody knows the market cap or circulating supply but I see a lot of activity on the markets.

If we are able to provide the real data to coinmarketcap team, It would Rank arount 600 position increasing the Price at least 10 times.
Anyone can submit a request to update marketcap by just providing some docummentation. So I Will  , just need some info on how to get an aprox of coins on markets

Thank you

Ok guys, it looks like this coin is slowly resurrecting - and it think we can help it grow bigger now.

I’m not a big specialist in the crypto (so correct me if I'm wrong!), but it looks like we need to do several things:

1. Find a way to show max amount of coins for the coinmarketcap. Any ideas, how can we do it?
2. I can create some promo video and a wordpress-based website (some kind of landing page with basic info about coin, mining pools and wallet links). I think, if we complete these 2 steps, RBBT could be listed on more exchanges.
3. It will be great to find contacts of the dev to find out if there any roadmap. Or maybe is it possible to find new dev Cheesy
4. After creating the website and getting in touch with devs/someone who can continue the project, we need to start a new thread and probably create a bounty program for translating/retweeting/all these marketing things. With such an amount of mined coins, I think it is possible:)

Please correct me if I’m wrong, but the most complicated part here - find a way to contact the dev team. All other steps are really achievable:)

There you go:

https://cryptocoinsmarket.com/rabbitcoin/

A lot of your questions is answered there.

I have sent an email to rabbitcointeam@gmail.com and see what happens... lets get this on the road again...
