Hi Ranggena! You will be 1st acquiring Fieldcoin ERC20 tokens. Those tokens will give you access to the platform to benefit from multiple services... You can crowdfund some agricultural projects initiated by other users, check the traceability of a specific land of the eco-system (all the informations about levels of inputs used such as chemicals, previous land owners and do so on, will be recorded. And last but not least as you mentioned land trading! In practice you can either buy or sell your land on the platform. How does it work? You will buy an ERC721 token backed by a specific land or land plot. You will be the sole and unique owner of the property and your token. When you want to sell it, just fill an announcement on the platform and you will get Fieldcoin ERC20 tokens for your land.

If you're talking about land, there are legal documentation needed to accomplish a certain deal and you still need physical presence while sealing the deal. I can announce you their wont be such hard documentations, travel costs and so on... Why? in most of countries (70%) you have for of corporations that are called Real Estate Companies. Many people join to share a percentage of a real estate property. And that is what we will do. The ERC721 token linked to the specific land you bought will be in reality represents a percentage of the Real estate company. You ll only swap company shares. This is what can be done for now. We have a protocol ready when the blockchain based land registries will start to expand like it is doing in Sweden, Russia and Dubai for example. For now, this has been tested and checked by Lawyers and experts of real estate and it is doable. Also note that anytime, you will be able to get the ownership of your land the traditional way with all the paperwork but you will have to pay the normal fees applied in the country for this transaction. We target mostly Europe to start.
