BTC.com does market bcash as bitcoin and bitcoin as bitcoin core.
It is a scam which tries to get people to see bcash as bitcoin.

In case you have downloaded a wallet from their site, the chances are high it is a bcash wallet (and not a bitcoin wallet).

Simply download a bitcoin wallet and import the private keys of your bcash wallet into your btc wallet. This will get you access to your BTC.
You can either download electrum (https://electrum.org/#home) or look here to find a suitable wallet: https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet.

Then start off with the basic information.

What app are you talking about? How is it called? What device are you using? What wallet did you use to send funds? etc..

Is this the one: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/btc-com-bitcoin-wallet/id1019614423?mt=8

Looks like there are reviews mentioning possible loss of funds. Probably best getting in touch with their support, and finding a better wallet going forward (including cold storage).

have never used bitcoin.com because it really does not fit, you should use Electrum. It can be sent once for many different wallets.

Do you need to re-verify your app? Where do you get it? Can you give me some information? My recommendation you should use: Electrum

Perhaps you could take a screenshot of the wallet and/or show the address you sent to.

Thanks for reading my post.

During this time you can try with Electrum.
Hope everyone has the experience to analyze and just how to overcome to avoid the occurrence of similar cases like this.
