The Bitcoin window is not working proper: Window has transparent areas.
It is not allowed for me, to load a screen shoot Angry

Not sure if you are talking about the same thing, but I just saw this after getting bitcoin to compile on MinGW. 

Bitcoin Core, rust-lightning, http://bitcoinfibre.org etc.

I do not use MinGW and have downloaded just this: bitcoin-0.3.20.2-win32-setup.exe.
Maybe it is only with the German version. But I think, it is a programming error.
