DOPE P2POOL - NO POOL FEES!
For those of you mining on P2POOL,
P2POOL is NOT like any sign-up pools!
P2POOL is like a POOLED-SOLO MINER
and pays out like SOLO-MINED BLOCKS!
P2POOL has paid out on the last block ( and pays out EVERY block found by pool )
SOLO-MINED blocks do not show up in wallet balance right away, and like those sign-up
pools - the found block MUST be confirmed by so many more blocks in the blockchain
before it MATURES and shows in wallet balance....
It is easy to check for p2pool payouts:
here's how for those who do not know this:
THE FOLLOWING IS POSTED ON THE WEB-STATS PAGE under the PAYOUTS listings:
To check your wallet for p2pool payouts: ( P2POOLs paysout like SOLO-MINED blocks - and not from a wallet - They DO NOT show up in BALANCE right away )
For QT-based wallets: In the CONSOLE where you can type commands, type: listtransactions ""
For command-line walets: type coind listtransactions "" ( replace coind with the wallet's binary, like bitcoind )
Payouts will show up as CATEGORY: IMMATURE ( if you see orphaned blocks, those blocks are not good, and are invalid )
the command is listtransactions (space) and 2 double quotes ("")
When it matures and shows in wallet balance, it will show as CATEGORY: GENERATED instead of IMMATURE
This is how SOLO-MINED blocks work!
just because the payouts don't immediately show in balance, does NOT mean the p2pool did not pay!
P2POOLS ALWAYS PAY --- AND CANNOT RECEIVE NOR HOLD YOUR COINS EITHER LIKE SIGN-UP POOLS DO!!!!

How many coins do you have?
In this way we can extimate the price could have when it will reach an exchange ..
Now you can get around 700 per mhs in 24 hours if the difficulty dont change. But will change. So you can get maybe 300-400 in 24 hours... Even much less. My coin rate has slowed right down last 2 hours, not getting anywhere near 700 coins per Mh/s per 24 hours  Must try harder!! |

Dopey and dev team, grats on a relatively smooth launch.
I had my fail over setup and went for breakfast and for some reason my account and the worker I configured are just not working with the official dopecoinpool.
Had to create a new account and new worker for it to finally start mining.
Any idea what happened there?

first of all, thanks to the devs for all their hard work getting this launched! it was smoother than many others it seems! i was so looking forward to mining this, but my stupid winblows kept crashing and had to rebuild it and missed the whole start of it, and now the rate is really low  hard to mine when i have only one pc and a damn nvidia card meh damn microsoft!!! so i have 15 coins, would anyone be so kind as to maybe consider donating me some to help me get going? :/ 4G5emD49Xwqdsai8HiFP8xduyJ3podKsss anything is gratefully recieved!!!! |
