LIS Investment group is still interested in taking over DOPE, DEV has been informed about the cost price.
Why would you take over this coin? Because they've vacuumed up a bunch of DOPE at single digit satoshi levels and wish to make false promises, pump on hype, and dump all over your ass as they walk away leaving no developments and more bag holders in their wake. |

Why would you take over this coin? Because they've vacuumed up a bunch of DOPE at single digit satoshi levels and wish to make false promises, pump on hype, and dump all over your ass as they walk away leaving no developments and more bag holders in their wake. Well I've just read all their 19 posts and they seem nice from what they are saying, but I didn't had time to check what others say about them! They seems to do a pretty good job with titancoin If anyone can check to see if all the people are satisfied with them and let us know will be great  |

By informing the dev, do you mean sent him a PM through BTCTalk? If so then its as good as useless. Its over 2 months since he logged in. I believe LISGRP is placebo, but I could be wrong. He would have an interest in resurrecting the coin as I think he has a chunk of it and if I'm not mistaken is charging a bit of BTC to do so in order to make up what he has lost. So not sure about LISGRP. I believe he contacted me at my email account dopecoin@gmail.com. Right now, having trouble reaching Dopey as we are trying to communicate via bitmessage between him and the dev. which worked a few times , but seems Dopey isn't getting the messages. Hoping to get this resolved asap! |

How to get Dope again in the picture.
1. Re-launch the coin call it DOPE2 and use X13.
2. Do a one to one ONE DOPE = ONE DOPE2.
3. New coin will have a 90M premine block to complete the DOPE to DOPE2 move
4. Decrease the block rewards
5. Add marketing people
6. Remove the scambag original DEV with a DEV that knows how digital currencies are working.
With those 6 steps we will be getting close.

I've been talking with some people about DOPE, and we believe that DOPE can be back on the good side, one person want to take over the coin, another person want to do the marketing, and i have been in contact to the person that Ethancoin make it move from 3 sats to 170 sats. So it is up to you guys, do you want to see some movements in DOPE or are you still refusing and just want to let it die?

Seriously man.... what are you hoping to achieve? Payment or Permission? from whom? The code is open source. I believe its fair game for anyone to fork and resurrect the coin. You just need the exchanges and the majority of the community to use the forked wallet. If you have a team that is willing and has the skills, by all means go ahead... start a new ANN with a link to the new wallet and a platform to migrate existing user's coins to the new blockchain. Stop this lame hype with rhetoric like " do you want to see some movements in DOPE or are you still refusing and just want to let it die?". Who exactly is "refusing" and "letting" here? If you have someone who can change the algo to x13, by all means... go ahead. The pools and the miners will come automatically so long as there is profit in doing so. If you are looking for appreciation / gratitude, I believe it usually comes after the service, not before. |
