Not all ICOs are bad. I have a number of them that I invested in and they are now listed on reputable exchanges. So the fact that someone invested in ico does not mean that the person invested blindly. I think you arrive at your conclusion based on the number of scam ICOs that we have witnessed lately.

Because people who are engaged in cryptoinvestment really believe in interesting ICO projects that will help this world. People who didn't invest for quick profit and listing on exchanges in near time. Hold-peoples Smiley Also these are people who love the risk.

Perhaps some people are investing in unpromising ICO projects because of insufficient knowledge and experience in the field of crypto investment.
In any case, they must be prepared for losses. Maybe they aren`t sufficiently aware of this!
