Several months ago I restored an old Mycelium wallet on coinomi, then sent BCH from an Armory cold wallet to that coinomi wallet.

Last night my son factory reset my phone, but when i restore the coinomi (using the same Mycelium seed) the BCH does not appear. I went to add coins, and set the path to M/44H/0H/0H but that didnt work...

Is my BCH gone for good?

You able to backup your 12 phrase seed on Coinomi Wallet? Try to restore your Coinomi Wallet using it's backup (not using the MyCelium seed).

Coinomi holds your BCH I guess as you used their address to received your BCH.

When I created the coinomi wallet from the Mycelium backup, it dont think it gave me a new seed... If it had I would have wrote it down, as I am very careful about these things.

But it was a new process at the time, and I only did it once, so I can't say for 100% how it went.

As I recall, I created the wallet from the mycelium seed, then added BCH to that same wallet, and sent (spent) BCH from Armory cold storage to the coinomi wallet.

So you imported your BCH wallet into Coinomi, right?

Use this tool[1] and see if you can find your address in the "Derived Addresses" list. If you can, get the private key associated with it and save it. Then, download Electron Cash[2] and import your private key.

You could also just import your seed directly into Electron Cash.

No. I did not import a bch wallet. I imported a BTC wallet, and then added BCH to it in coinomi and then spent or sent bch from Armory to the coinomi wallet. But the coinomi wallet was created from a mycelium backup seed.

Yeah if you recreate the wallet form the same seed it won´t show the funds. I think you can show the phrase and turn it to a priv key and import to a new wallet etc so the function is in the app. But If your new wallet, done with the seed from meycelium have a new address compared to where you send the BCH , I do not know what to do!

You should have saved the 12 words from coinomi, the wallet sure have that feature and it can also be turned to a priv key..

Coinomi did not give me 12 new words when I added BCH to the existing wallet (I'm not sure if I'm phrasing it right, but that's the best way I can describe it).

I "restored" a wallet using mycelium key. Then hit "add coins" in coinomi, and added BCH. Then hit "recieve" to generate a BCH address, and then sent BCH from armory to coinomi. It never gave me a new key, so i assumed it was tied to the iriginal key from mycelium.

A new phrase ? So you have one phrase from coinomi? use it! If you dont have a phrase from coinomi, do you have the SAME address this time, for BCH, when you generate the wallet from your mycelium seed, you don´t. If you have a new address and no phrase not much to do.

Coinomi might require you to generate the phrase your self, like with the priv key, not 100% sure thou!
